Pizza Hut Size of regular pizza being decreased

Today (10/3/2019) my family visited an outlet of pizza hut in i-8 islamabad. We ordered a deal which consist of 02 regular pizza and a pitcher of cold drink.
When the pizzas were served, we were surprised to see the size of those so called regular pizzas. They were merely a personal pizza size.
We were really disappointed to see this and felt like we were cheated by words.
When I saw the menu card, it did not mentioned the size, but it mentioned personal/regular/large/xl/xxl.
I would like to know that is there any rules in your company regarding the minimum size for a regular pizza or next time one should expect to see a 3 inch pizza to be called as regular pizza in pizza hut.
In our city, very good quality pizza is easily available from brands like "tehzeeb" or "bread & butter"bakeries. Their size as well as taste is wonderful.
Today was the last time I visit your outlet, next time I will definately prefer eating a pizza that will be visible without a microscope.

Pizza Hut price

Pizza Hut is my sons favorite pizza. We are on vacation Florida and called in a medium pepperoni pizza price was $15.21. The ap shows a price of $8.49. The Pizza Hut store says they are not affiliated with the ap. Totally unacceptable

I called Domino's just down the street and there price for the same pizza was $7.99. Guess it is Domino's going forward

Pizza Hut food and the boss chris

Waited for our food longer then expect and heard that chris took our food to someone else table and we had to wait longer. It was not fair we were their before the table and they got our food. It took forever just to get our food and chris kept forgetting what we had, he kept making mistakes on our food witch was not right we were there for about 2 hours.

Pizza Hut my online carryout order

I place by my order at 11:43 on a Saturday night. Upon arriving at store to pick up my order at 11:55 the young man working the window took my card telling me he had to run it from other computer and would be right back. He comes back with a pizza hut box in hand and my debit card no reciept just hands it to me and said thanks. I was in bryant AR for my 12 year old daughter softball tournament which they were getting ready to play the championship game and I had ordered the pizza for the children to be able to eat something before playing the late night game. I do not live in this town. I used pizza hut's website to find a location closest to the ball field. When I get to the ball park again my daughter opens the box quickly to eat and instead of my pizza I ordered it was a half eaten order of pasta and breadstick. YES HALF EATEN FOOD! I immediatley called the store. Let me say this is all while I have 4-5 12 year old girls now upset and starving, they couldn't just deal with it and eat it or anything because it was half eaten food with a fork in it. The man that was working the drive thru was same man who answered the phone when I called back. I gave him my name explained to him that I just opened the box and it was not the pizza I ordered but somebody's trash or food they were eating. He explained to me that yes someone had ordered the pasta and breadsticks and must have been given to me by mistake. He told me he could give me store credit to make up for the mistake but the ovens were now off and he couldn't make anything else but does apoliogize. I then said well yes your going to have to do something because I just ordered and paid for something and got literally someone's food they were in the middle of eating! Honestly at this point of the ordeal I begin to think this was intentional due to his lack of concern or shock. I said yes I want my money back or my pizza I ordered. I explained to him that I wasn't from Bryant I lived 2 and half hours away so how would a store credit even work. He replied "no then I can't give you any kind of credit and ovens are off." I said that's fine but something has to be done and then I have to bring to his attention that I should have a pizza cooked and sitting there. I had just left the store and it should have been cooked but I was mistakenly given someone's half eaten food. He the tells me yes he would be there for a little bit longer closer store and if I wanted to come by he would give me the pizza I ordered and a refund. I made the trip back over there handed him the pizza hut box with fork in half eaten pasta tin and the 3 breadsticks with opened lid on sauce- yes disgusting! The same man hands me a pizza box with a ten dollar bill on the top of box and said it wouldn't let me put the money back on your card. That's odd but whatever I did get my money back. I decided it would be best if my daughter and myself didn't eat the pizza that we had because of the handling of the situation by the worker I felt it was unsafe to even eat. Had a terrible stressful gross unsatisfactory experience and still ended up with nothing to eat as well as lots of anger and disappointment. Pizza Hut Lack of respect

Your recent tv add shows two young girls looking at a pizza hut pizza just prior to eating. One young girl comments, "oh my god". God has absolutely nothing to do with this ad or pizza in general. I do not appreciate your ad department using our lords name to discribe pizza. I recommend the add be changed to "oh my gosh". Please respond back to me.

Pizza Hut failed to deliver

I placed on order on Saturday, 02 March 2019 07:17:04 and order number 5093109 and with promise to deliver (Your order will be delivered approximately on 07:47:04).

But I made three to four call at your call center to inquire but every time with promise of delivering in 10 to 15 minutes. And finally at around 8.50 told me the order can deliver due to technical glitch and your money will be returned in 4 to 5 working days.
I did not receive any alert that they can not deliver order.
Disappointed with the unprofessional approach and will think multiple times to deliver and will never pay advance.

Pizza Hut offensive comment appearing on a pizza hut tv ad

I love Pizza Hut pizza, and have purchased hundreds over the years. Yours is definitely my favorite brand. However, a recent TV commercial featuring two young ladies who are surprised to see a new crust variety is disturbing. One of the girls says, "Oh my god!" referring to her approval of the crust. There are SO many ways to indicate her surprise and pleasure at seeing a pizza crust that do not require using our Lord's name in vain. I ask that you please pull the ad and replace it with another that is not offensive to those who believe in and worship God. Thank you.

I agree with Roseanne Lawler. I went to the Pizza Hut website and contacted them. I went a step further though. I told them that I will not purchase another Pizza Hut product unless Pizza Hut broadcasts an apology to those who they offended in another commercial. Let's Boycott Pizza Hut! God bless you.

Pizza Hut service, food.

On 2/24/19 I called this location (501-565-1672) for a delivery order. Whoever the woman was that answered was rude & very disrespectful and no customer should be talked to the way that I was! I called at 12:37p (46 seconds)- was placed on hold then hung up on, 12:38p (8 seconds)- was hung up on, 12:46p (36 seconds)- never answered, 12:47p (1 minute)- was disrespected, 12:49p (44 seconds)- never answered, 12:49p (14 seconds)- was hung up on... For my first experience of trying to place a delivery order, I was very & highly upset! All because my son wanted pizza and you all were the only ones that delivered in our area. I didn't get the lady name, but for her to pick up the phone on that 1 minute call and say "I don't know why I gotta take your order, cut these pizzas and take these customers orders in front of me! I'm here by myself we have a number you call, you don't call us!" was flat our rude and clearly need to find another job! Is that how she talk to the district manager? Or someone from corporate? Then I still had to pay full price. My pizza was delivered an hour later and not the 30 minutes as promised. And the [censored] was cold! That was the worst $20 spent! It's sad the area is already labeled "ghetto" and with workers like that, it will continue to be ghetto! I'm a single parent that tries my hardest for my son! I was scared to even place the order under my #, afraid the rude [censored] woman was going to do something to my food so instead I placed it under my son #. The order was placed at 1:08pm and we did not receive our food until 2:03 pm. I even had to call 2x to check the status of our order. A refund or a repeated free order of what we had would be nice. But I will never order from there again! So much for being new to the area.

Pizza Hut Customer service and food value and extra cost

I didn't get great service when I called in a order of double order of cheese sticks a two extra sauces. I was there when order was done and all I had was $50.00 bill. For the cost of $11.98. Ali the cashier said she cant brake it so I said this is all I have, then she had a bad attitude about it so I said Fine I'll be back. Went to jack in the box and got a drink for $3.00 and a $1.00 taco. When I got back I told her that they keep change for the whole day and she had the $38.02 change and that this trip to pizza hut cost me $4.00 plus the extra gas, so to eat cost me more than I got to eat on that day. She didn't need to send me away and to cost a customer more money. I didn't have any money on my prepaid card so the bill was all I had to eat on the week. so this means I cant eat lunch one day of the week because of the bad service I received for a kid at pizza hut. On top of this my cheese sticks where not even lukewarm and the sauces weren't hot either. I told her that I would be reporting this matter.I have recipts to prove the extra cost.

Pizza Hut supreme pizza

I called pizza hut at 4:15pm Sunday the 17th and ordered a medium supreme pizza with no onions on it when We went in to pick it up we checked the order and It had onions I made it clear that it couldn't have onions on it for it makes us sick. We told them just to make a medium cheese pizza when it was done the guy came to the counter and said f* you. We will never go back if this is the kind of service you have.

Pizza Hut customer service and flirtatious manager

I am regular diner at the main Pizza Hut ( located at fujairah, next to HArdeez food store ) . The staffs are not charming and not very pleasing .the manager named Ahmed azouz is very flirtatious with another staff ( Philipino named Denanie, I am not sure of the name, but she mighty be a supervisor because she is wearing a white shirt and navy blue pant, her uniform is different ) . Both are showing affection to each other which make diners uncomfortable and also suspicious about their attitudes . They are very ugly people . Shame on them as they never smile to other race nationality, except to their own nationalities and very much to Arabs . Racist and ugly people . Such dishearted people . We people pay money for food too but we may not be very good looking, or else doesn't look like millionaire . But we still pay . They don't smile, they make fun of us . Especially mr Ahmed azouz . He should be fired . I hate his service and he is ignorant, rude and racist . I am happy that I am not like him . He is working as manager in Fujairah . People, please note that guy

Pizza Hut everything

Well my parents went to pizza hut on valentines day. They go in they didn't see anyone so they sat down. There was one other couple in there and they told my mom she would probably have to go up there bc of poor service. So she went up there and manager charles gave her a menu. He finally came over and took order and their coupon. Well over a hour and they never even got drinks so they decided to just leave. I called over and over to find out what happened and no answer. So I went up there and talked to the manager and he said everyone called out and he was only person there. Then he proceeded to pretty much say my parents were lying. I told him it was not their fault he didn't have help. He was a total [censored] and I feel like in that case he shouldn't of even opened till he knew was gonna have help.

Pizza Hut delivered a wrong pizza

I've ordered for thin crust while placing the order, but a stuffed crust pizza was delivered instead. Also the delivery time took about 80 minutes.I've placed the order about at 7:43 PM EST, and the pizza was delivered at around 9 PM EST.

Pizza Hut limo pizza

Hi,
Would like to inform pathetic service and food provided by Pizza Hut Umm Al Quwain Branch yesterday. Heard about Limo Pizza thought to give a try. We had ordered Limo Pizza yesterday and my husband got food poison after having the same. First we thought it would be some other reason as we never expect such bad quality food from Pizza Hut. But later on when i consumed i got very bad stomach ache which went for quite long time. Terrible experience it was.
Such a pathetic quality food was never expected from Pizza Hut.
Am goin to highlight this to the food authorities in uae.

Pizza Hut fired

My name is Monica Nelson. I am a 16 year old girl, I'm currently in the process of getting my ged, and being fully emancipated from my parents. Due to lack of a stable home. I started working at Pizza Hut at the end of October, early November as a sever. The last shift i worked was 4:45pm - 9:15pm on Sunday, the 3rd of February. As far as I was aware, and was told. The schedule would be posted Tuesday night, as normal. When I called today, the following Tuesday to be informed I was taken off the schedule by a coworker who answered the phone. This puts me in an awkward position because I was never informed of my firing or given any reason to why. My gm, Austin Underwood, is not at work due to injury. I also don't have a way to contact him. I just find this very unprofessional and discrimination. I was fully capable of preforming my job. And consistently punctual, since my last call out, at the beginning of my job, 2 months ago.

Pizza Hut lack of adequate food for the price I paid

Yesterday, 2-3-19, I ordered two pizzas and 36 buffaloe wings from the Pizza Hut on Bragg Blvd. here in Fayetteville, NC. I was charged eighty ($80.00) dollars for this order. When I got home and opened my order, I was shocked to discover that out of 36 wings, I had received only FIVE (5) of the "drumette" portions of the wings; ALL of the rest of the wings were just that little "wing" part of the wings, no "drumettes". First of all, $80.00 was WAY too much to pay for just two pizzas and 36 wings but worst of all, I felt cheated and ripped off when I found out there were only FIVE measley "drumettes" out of 36 wings. Needless to say that I am totally dissatisfied with this Pizza Hut and request that my money be refunded.

Pizza Hut waiting for pizza 43 mins

I saw your email about preordering pizza for Sunday Super bowl Sunday so on February 2, 2019 I ordered online a Med. Combo pan pizza for pickup at 11:45am Super bowl Sunday. I ended up receiving the pizza at 12:26pm. Although the cashier was helpful and did her best apologizing for the delay. I expected more from a Pizza hut a manager should have followed up. I love pizza hut pizza but as you can imagine I was very disappointed at my transaction at your store.

Pizza Hut portion size

Been your customer for years please fix 17 for a skimpy pizza isn't what we want. I don't mind paying more for my pizza 🍕. When the quality is good. But for the last year it is poor and skimpy. When I order extra pineapple and bacon I expect it. And lately never get it. I hate having to call and complain about it. And be told it's corporate limiting the portion size. If we wanted that we would go to Cicis. I like pizza hut. Hopefully you can fix this before we give up on your service. If you look I always buy the same thing. And many years of being a customer. Pizza Hut customer service and lunch buff w/salad bar.

Its not quite 130 pm and my huband and I went in and stood at the Bar for about 5 mins waiting for someone to wait on us since the sign said wait to be seated. My husband and I are Diabetics and I was fine but he was crashing and need something to eat quickly. My husband said we wanted the Buffet the waitress said its clossed and we both looked at the Items and looked really full. When a person crashes things are not as clear as a person that is not crashing. She came to us and aked for our drinkm order and we told her we wanted the Salad Bar. She brought our drinks to us and asked if we decided on what we wanted? I looked at her and said we already said we wanted the salad bar and told he rI didn' t understand why she asked again. She replied that she thought my husband wanted something else? There was nothing said or done for her to think that. It was 134pm when she came to seat us and nothing was said at that point either?
The waitress walked away and never told us that we could get our food or what. Now we have "Never" been in that store. We live in Marion and we do not have a sit down rest. Reguardless why we were in this store there was no reason that my husband should of been talked to the way he was by the waitress. She raised her voice and said " I told you when you came in that the Buffet was closed" Granted there was a couple in ther and 2 Buisness men at another table. All looked up and looked our direction. She was not suttle at all. My husband was embarresed and so was I. He needed food and the longer we waited for her to tell us what we could do the worst he felt. The waitress had no name tage on and when I told my husband that we will go else where, where we didn't know? The waitress had an attitude from the begining. I dont know if she was upset because she was really ingrossed with the other person she was talking to when we finally got there attention when we got there. I asked for the Manager and that was the other person there. She came to the counter and told us the waitress told her everything and I said what happened to customer service and tried to tell her about the Buffet, she said ... she told me, the drinks... she told me... the buffet... she told me and then turned her back on us
" Have a nice day ".. very sarcasticlly, at the same time walking away from us. Iwas upset because she wouldnt listen and already oked the waitress to do what she did. I shouldnt of said it but I did. I said you are being a [censored]. We left. How can Pizza Hut have people like that working.. with no compation or experiance with customer service. If my husband wouldnt of took a hand full of the candy on the counter he would of totally crash and he was driving.. I dont know how to drive a standard 5 spd. I was so upset that the so called mgr didnt care. We will not go to a Pizza Hut again. If one store has those issues then so do othere stores and I wanted to be treated the way everyone else dose, with respect. If I did something other than stop the confersation between the mgr and the waitress like yelling or what ever that would of been on us, being rude. We were not. also, the mgr said it was a on going problem as to why they were talking and I replied thats not our fault. So I have spoke my peace and hope you have a nice day, stay warm and Thank for listening. Pizza Hut pizza carryout

I placed an order [protected] on the 25th at the Krum, TX location, and the whole experience was terrible! We got an ETA, showed up to carry out, and waited 15 mins PAST the max wait time, just to find out the food was sitting in the warmer the entire time and not one person in the store was paying attn. Every few months it seems like management and staff are replaced. No one is ever the same. There was no manager in the store, bcz he was out delivering pizza, even though I counted at least 5 delivery ppl come and go while we waited. The place was disgustingly dirty. It looked like the counters and floor haven't ever been cleaned. No one apologized when they finally gave us our food, they just laughed and acted in the most unprofessional way I've ever seen. Every time we eat there we end up with stomach issues in our house, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's food poisoning since the place is filthy, employees look dirty, and hygiene is a serious concern. We try to not eat from there much, but it's the closest pizza place from our rural community. We have eaten from other locations and NEVER had these issues so I am certain the problems all lay in this one branch. I am highly disappointed that this is who is representing your company and seriously
suggest you investigate for other violations. We will never eat from this location AGAIN!
