Pizza Hut fraud to my credit card

This company has charged my credit card in the amount of 98.01. I am not in the UK. I live in the United States and I have never been to the UK period. I want my money back fast.

Pizza Hut bad and missing food and horrible treatment from manager

We spend on average $35.00 per week at Pizza hut in Osawatomie Ks. I am always kind and polite and generous to the drivers. Tonight we ordered a large pizza and 30 hot wings. I asked the order taker to go a little easy on the sauce because there was WAY to much on on our last previous order-which i did NOT complain about. We got our pizza over an hour later, the pizza was room temp., with literally NO SAUCE on the pizza... there were 24, NOT 30, wings crammed into one box.I called immediately to complain but at that point just to have them at least give us the missing wings. I insisted on talking to the manager who was the rudest man I've ever dealt with as management. He was going to give us 10.00 credit and basically told us that we had enough to eat tonight and was insulting and nastyabout the compaints about the pizza. He said he was to busy to talk to me because they were having a party and the ovens were off so he wouldn't make any more pizza or wings to replace ours. He made me so mad I was near tears and hung up on him. I am a good customer and a nice person and didn't deserve how he treated me.

Pizza Hut employee mistreatment

I have worked for pizza hut for 6yrs and feel that the employees which i'm still one of are mistreated. We are the modern day equivalent of slave labor. I have yet to receive a raise in my pay. I'm constantly doing everyone's jobs. One of my mangers that is supposed to work as per her title and job description. An yet she is always on her personal phone, outside away from the store. Screaming for other people to answer the phone when she is not doing anything productive. My store manager is always telling employees what she is not going to do. Then placing the work in the hands of a shift manager (For her to do herself) who then takes another employee who is already overloaded with his/her tasks as well as other thing placed on them by upper management. To then do more for no extra compensation. I understand that my job is fast food one of the worst jobs on the planet but this is ridiculous. We don't get payed to do everything, minimum wage and no chance of ever getting a raise. Are regional manger is pocketing all the money. We have broken equipment that is just ducked taped back together by a maintenance person that is never there. I still have the same 3 shirts from when I started 6yrs ago, never replaced and are falling apart. I don't what to do but all the employees over all the pizza huts in the united states say similar thing about there jobs.

I'm a manager but started out as a cook. I'm still a cook unfortunately. It's very tough. I would never be a lazy manager because I know how it feels to do everything on the make table by yourself..plus I close the restaurant. My crew is a bunch of stoners who act slow but can work but don't until you scream at them. I don't like to scream at people but that's the only way they will understand. I don't get paid enough to scream at people, cook the food to pass product quality and clean. My crew socks and that's why my GM is leaving. I can't be in control of stoners...they are terrible.

One more thing I want to add if you top bosses ever get the chance to go undercover boss do it at the Havant branch Uk because once you have you will be replacing all manager staff for hardworking compassionate ones not general manga goers that grab you round the back of the neck and shout in your face that you are useless if I was a little older and this was not my first job I would have had him done for assault but at the time I needed the job but now I’m a little wiser to how managers are supposed to act. I may still take this further if my mother has anything to do with it as she is a fully trained manager with 47 staff under her all of which respect her.

I have worked for Pizza Hut in the Havant branch Uk for just over a year I have completed the management course and do everything a manager does and more. I am still on minimum wage although I do believe it is just below. I raised this with my general manager who shouted at me and told me to shut up and do my job. This is no way to speak to your employees. I close 5 out of 7 nights and still no increase in wages. If I mention it I get shouted at. I actually felt like killing myself over the abuse from the managers. I have since spoken to my mum who has told me to quit but I am being told I have to work my notice or not get paid at all but I am seriously at my wits end, crying every night and so depressed. I can’t face going to work any more. I was sent to another store in Eastleigh all the staff seemed happy and very much together they made me feel welcome. Unfortunately it is too far for me to travel. So I have no other option to quit.
If there is anyone that asks me about a job at the Havant branch I will tell them to stay away they break you instead of support you. You never get a Thanks but you are called stupid at least twice a day by managers and general managers.

Were do I start . Elko NV store has lost off issues . No one listen there has been complaints about the store manager taking money, sexual harassment, abusing his power of manager the crew being scared to say anything cause everyone that does ends up fired . Sexual assaulted a minor on duty its funny how manger and coach manager knows even corporate got a complaint of manager sexual harassing a women and nothing was done . having teenage girls that work at a store and not feel safe is wrong . no predator sure be working at a store that serves kids . Ask yourself is this a place you want your kids to work NO. I Have to give it to him he is a great lier . the store is not his number one priority he cheats on inventory, does own surveys for store . Touching the women workers . Dating co-workers to help him using them to clock him in when not there for his shift . A manager is suppose to be a team leader and he just treats everyone like crap . doesn't train new employees correctly throws them to the wolves for lack of a better term . management tells all employees that have issues that they be fired and HR doesn't give a squat about us . now that's a place I wanted to stay at . its a horriable place to work for

I would like to write a mater which is usual in Pizza Hut. I am experience staff and I haven't had enough hours for work but store manager always looks for new female staff from romania or African just for free sex. Alternatively if female workers doesnt have enough exprince and they don't have good feel for working in food shop otherwise store manager (Willesden green in London) always keep going to be randi successfuly .

sorry I meant to say she made employees clock out when they hit 40 hours a week but still work, she would cut hours for the following week and add the hours that were worked but not being clocked on the next weeks pay.

The pizza hut in McKinney Texas at 1720 North Central Expressway is unfairly ran. The former Manger Leti makes employees who are about to hit 40 hours a week but still work, then she cuts the hours for the next week and adds those hours to the next payroll. I would really like to know who I can get a complaint sent to. I am still due money but I have no way to prove that because before submitting our time she would go in and delete hours as well as any overtime hours we were getting paid.

The pizzahut at location Roanoke rd 220 north in Daleville Va. I was employed by Sean StraughtLander and was wrongfully terminated for suspicious theft of alcohol and Drinking on the clock. I did not steal anything but the managers Tina Underwood and Allison brown would give me permission to go across the street to purchase alcohol while on the clock which I admitted to. These managers have no proof and neither do but I know they drink on the clock but how convenient to not to have cameras till after I leave. Also, Sean the manager has a employee who lives with him and flirt in work, I believe that is fratenizing and against policy in the handbook. Way to run a legit Business! Thanks christina.

hello everyone. i appreciate all of the info about the workings of pizzahut. i am sorely disappointed in the whole company for their deception against me personally. I was hired to be a shift manager and they have been dragging their feet about my background check so the manager offered to "bring me in" as a driver and to start training me as a shift manager. I have been doing nothing but driving and taking orders for almost a month now and I have been trying to get ahold of the area coach to discuss what is really going on and why i am a delivery driver. i have the experience and education to be a good leader as well as the experience of customer service and supervising people. i have been told by several other co-workers that they are in line to be a shift manager and that our store doesnt even need a shift manager. i am going to quit as soon as i find something else because i cant stand to be lied to and played games with.

Pizza Hut double charged for ordering through internet

On Saturday evening, July 10, 2010, my wife and I ordered food from the Pizza Hut on 832 Chester Street, Gastonia, NC 28052. We ordered two pizzas for $10 each, a DOULBLE ORDER of breadsticks, (two packages of breadsticks) and wings. The total of the the order was about $31 and change according to our total when we checked out on the website. When the delivery driver arrived with our food, he had with him FOUR orders of breadsticks, (this was explained to us as we had ordered TWO DOUBLE ORDERS. We did not.) The driver, "Ivan" admitted to us that this restaurant consistently has problems with internet orders frequently and went on to happily cite SEVERAL examples, some of which he had personally observed. He called his manager, "Mike, " who made a half-hearted and feeble attempt to explain what happened and said he would refund money for part of the bread sticks. He made little of any effort to apologize or make the situation right. If this multi-million dollar company and their website is no better than this, they should cease using it. The delivery driver himself told us, "I NEVER ORDER ANYTHING OF A WEBSITE." The delivery driver in as much said that Pizza Hut's web site is unreliable although he used more colorful language than that, We demand a full a refund of our money spent at the very least, and if if Pizza Hut truly values us as customers, because we order from this location a lot, then they should make an attempt to "right" this situation.

the OP seems like the type that would sue Pizza Hut for pain and suffering for having to endure such a horrifying ordeal of being overcharged for breadsticks, and then being refunded..

so let me get this straight...

the website double-charged you for the breadsticks, you called the manager, the manager refunded the money for the double-charge.

"We demand a full a refund of our money spent at the very least, and if if Pizza Hut truly values us as customers, because we order from this location a lot, then they should make an attempt to "right" this situation."

they did "right" the situation, they gave you a refund for the over-charge. To "demand" a full refund is ridiculous. If the pizza had come undercooked, or not at all, then yea you should get a full refund. But obviously you ate and enjoyed your pizza and breadsticks, so stop whining.

Get over yourself...

Pizza Hut makanan lambat sampai dan teruk

Pada 18 november 2011 (8.30pm) , saya dan seorang kawan saya telah makan di pizza hut pengkalan chepa. Saya order meal spaghetti meatball bolongnise set. Malangnya, garlic bread stick yang saya dapat sangatlah keras. Bukan 'breadstick' lagi, dah jadi biskut. Very poor food quality. Then, lepas lebih 30 minit menunggu, saya belum lagi dapat spaghetti yang saya order. Saya panggil waiter untuk tanya. Lepas 10 minit lagi menunggu, barulah saya dapat spaghetti saya. Spagetti saya sangat lembik, macam terlebih direbus. Sangat teruk rasanya. Saya terus serik nak makan di pizza hut lagi. So, bagi sesiapa yang bercadang nak makan di pizza hut/nak buat open table kat sana, saya nasihatlah, fikirlah 2-3 kali. Pizza hut malaysia is suck!

Pizza Hut tainted food

On 22nd October 2011 at about 8:30 pm we went to pizza hut at Mega Long, Penampang, Sabah for a take out order. We ordered 2 large costing us RM 52.80. The order were slow, but finally got our pizza only after about 30 minutes (even though they said it will only take 15 minutes). Upon arrival at home, we started our family dinner and were shock to find out one of the pizza box contains a sharp broken piece of ceramic embeded in the pizza.

I thought i had chewed on a rock or something hard after experiencing a hard chew on my pizza piece. After removing the chew from my mouth, we were shock to discover that it was a sharp piece of ceramic the size of a pinky finger nail (white in color).

We immediately stopped our dinner and check on our kids to make sure they are ok. After all, this is equivalent to food poisoning and they could have swallowed a smaller piece without really knowing it. And could severly damage their internals. We continue to hope they remain healthy since didn't complain about it.

We returned the left over pizza and proceeded to file a complain with the same pizza hut restaurant manager the next day. Somehow, we were only entertained with puzzling expression. They were not very professional and sympathetic to our plight and all seemed like business as usual. During my conversation with the manager, I literally had to ask for the form to file a complaint. I left the store not sure if they plan on doing anything about this problem because I do not want to see others having the same problem.

Pizza Hut unautherized use of my credit card

some one used my credit card and it was not me. i live in the USA. Florida to be more exact. some one some how used my credit card for services at a pizza hut in the united kingdom. i have never been out of my own country and this charge just appeared on my card yesterday morning. i called the credit card company and the transaction is still pending so i am unable to dispute it until it goes through. but this is a bigger problem than even that because someone is using other information about me that is not me. people are receiving emails from me that i did not send. and there was another transaction on my credit card for a riviera inn also that i did not do.

Pizza Hut baulkham hills pizza hut

Hi

I called today Pizza Hut and ordered to large vegetarian pizza from Baulkham Hills Pizza hut in Sydney over the phone and the lady asked if I would like to have a garlic bread and a drink bottle for $4 and I said yes. I went to the Baulkham Hills Pizza Hut which is local to where I live where the Piza (large) has always been $7.95 each extra $2 for the hallopenos which comes to a total of $23.90 but they asked me to pay $29.90 which did not make any sense as outside on thei shop was wriiten in bold letters large Pizza for $7.95 and they told me it would not apply as I have ordered a meal which amoutns to that amount. The manager also said the same thing due to which I left the store without the pizza and went away with out my dinner.

I felt the store has not been fair to me.

Pizza Hut rude & unwilling service

Pizza Hut. International brand name, regardless of young and old and all races. Pizza Hut restaurants will always made landmarks and meeting place when friends and families go shopping. Although bills of dining at Pizza Hut usually rated as higher end, we still like to come once or twice in a month. Here, I felt that. We are paying higher priced food, we pay government tax and also customer service tax. Consumers are paying 3 bills for 1 order of food. Don't you agree that we deserve much much professional services. I would quote the interior decoration of Pizza Hut in Bintang Mega Mall, Miri is excellent. However, I have 2 BUTS and now I like to voice out my disatisfaction. 1st BUT. Air condition is usually warm, I still can accept. 2nd BUT. Customer Service. I would quote minus 5 (-5) for Pizza Hut Bintang Mega Mall (Miri), if -5 Worst ---- to 5 Excellent. Many of them are RUDE, I doubt do they pay attention during the customer service training that they attended ? We were seated more than 5 minutes, left alone. No one hand us the Menus. My 10 year old son called out " Excuse Me " to your waiter & waitress. Yet, everyone there just ignored him, because is just a kid calling. Again, my son cried out this time a little louder. Then one of the waitress heard, and gave him and us a very stressful look. She then handed over the menus to us without greeting but very unhappy looking faces and took our orders. We had experienced once sometime back, however we just forgive and still come back. This time, lots of vacant seats but all occupied tables from previous customers. We were seated more than 10 minutes this time and non of your waiter or waitress border to serve, greet or even clean up our table nor other tables in the restaurant. This time, I felt that Pizza Hut is just not for me today. I decided to bring my family out instead. We stood up, walked out and your staff just busy chatting and never border the escape of fishes in Pizza Hut's net. I am very dissapointed and lost confident in Pizza Hut, Bintang Mega Mall (Miri). akan hantar semula soup itu slps soup itu siap masak ...tetapi dlm 2 - 3 jam saya tunggu xde sebarang tindakan pun..sehingga jam 12mlm saya try tel bertanyakan status mcmn..diorang ckp dh closing and budak delvry dh balik rumah..dorang ckp akan hantr semula soup itu pada esokkan hr.dorang offer saya soup yg last untuk saya.saya memang tak mahu.saya betul2 tak puas hati dengan servisnya kerana tiada sebarang respon pun, sekurang2nya tel la bagitahu...kalau tidak boleh hantar semula katakan tak boleh...

Pizza Hut overcharging

We ordered a pizza and 2 days later I noticed my card was charged a 4.00 tip so I called the store and told them someone charged my card. He called me a liar and said his employees don't steal, but to shut me up he will return my 4 dollars. An hour later the General Manager came to my home yelling at me about how I wrote the tip on the receipt when i clearly didn't because we had the tip in cash and argued with me about how I just want my tip back at my front door! Telling me I am the liar not his employee and screaming at me as he is walking up the street to his car. Unbelievable! I will never order from pizza hut again! EVER!

I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut Ashton green Newport News Virginia and The guy that took my order Overcharged me I called Ashton green Pizza Hut Newport News Virginia back And ask to speak to a manager and he told me the manager Did not want to talk to me and he told me I could not get a refund This happened to me twice He was very rude Started yelling And put me on hold and come back come back on and said the manager's still doesn't want to talk talk to you and hung up he did

If you leave a cash tip, but pay with a credit card, *never* leave the tip spot blank. Cross it out, scribble, whatever. Then under the tip line, rewrite the total in the space for the 'new' amount.

It sounds like you left it blank and the employee filled it in. At least it was only 4 bucks, but please take better precaution when using your credit card!

It was disgusting and shocking since this is the first time that something like that happened to me. It was either an animal's tooth or piece of bone. We called the store immediatelly and told...

Pizza Hut fraudulent advertisement and overcharged

We ordered the any pizza any amount of toppings and any crust for 10.00 and we had to pay 12.00 because we ordered extra sauce and cheese the only time according to the ad is if you order cheese stuffed crust there is an extra charge but we did not order that and I questioned why we were being charged 12.00 the employee stated we had to pay for extra cheese it seems to me that any toppings as many as we wanted would include cheese as a topping. This happened to us twice now and it will be Domminos now for awhile until we get an answer from Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut delivery

placed order at 9:07pm Sept.8, 2011. Mgr Carlos, had poor phone skills complained of lost food ticket (mine) called back to check on status of order, was told a discount would be applied to my order when it arrived. Called back 3 times to check on order. Last phone call the store just closed. My order was never delivered, and Carlos simply hung up on me. Tis location is 4 miles from my home, I had guests over to watch football. Very imbarrased, and will NEVER call Pizza Hut again.
I need a job, and posess finer phone skills, and customer service skills than Mr. Carlos.

Pizza Hut horrible food, rude staff

Just ordered a deal online from Pizza Hut in Cranbrook Road, Ilford - Small pizza, garlic bread and side salad.
The side salad was missing when the driver handed me the boxes. When I mentioned this to him, he said 'I forgot' and got back on his bike and drove off. The pizza tasted like stale bread.
I telephoned the pizza hut to tell them and I was asked to come to the store to collect the salad where I would get a free drink as well. When I got there, I was left waiting for 20 minutes before somebody came to the till. I eventually got my salad (no free drink) handed to me.
Last time I get anything from Pizza hut.

went to pizza hut in stratford east london with my granddaughter and my son and his friend. it was about 14.00. lined up waited for a table bearing in their was no other customers waiting to be seated, after 25mins we had to find our own table and clear it befoue we could sit down. i then wait another 25minutes to be served, i spoke to the manger, who by the way was not in the least intreasred in what i had to say. in the end i walked out, hence no lunch. i can't believe that the pizza hut is right on top of stratford were the most important games are being held and they can't sort out their staffing issues its such bad service, i would never go their again

Pizza Hut size of pasta

I ordered a family sized pasta and when they brought it out, it was two little pans. I said thats not what i ordered and Dave argued it was the same amount, I told him I disagree. He then argued with me when i stated i didn't want it. I told him I was the customer and the customer is always right, he then argued no they are not. This all took place at the pizza hut on St rd 15. in front of my 14 year old son. I as a customer was not pleased with the way things happened. If it wasn't for your customers, pizza hut wouldnt have any business. I left without paying, but more then money was lost tonight. My business with St rd 15 pizza hut will be hard to bring myself to go back there. The one in the plaza has great management and i think if I go back to pizza hut it will be there. Daniel handled things right and I would like to say Thank You to him for his patience. Dave shouldnt be working around people especially as a manager or whatever he is, if not knowing how to deal with situations. So overall right or wrong, i wasn't pleased with the amount of food and me being the customer, i think dave owes me and my son an apology, and if a customer thinks its wrong, and i did because i go there alot, i think he respond should of been different, like better attitude, better manners, and most of all better service. Thanks for your time.

in this case, if the customer is always right, you negated that fact because the customer is wrong in this situation.
as a former manager of a pizza hut, they weigh out the pasta and sauces for the pasta. just because they ran out of the larger pans and used two small pans, you got the correct amount. they have a digital scale they use to weigh it all out to ensure that everyone gets the same, correct amount.

Maybe he was doing you a favor by NOT giving you the full amount. Sounds like you don't need the extra calories.

Pizza Hut unauthorized charge

I used a credit card to pay for my food purchase. When I got my statement from the credit card company, I saw that a charge in excess of my purchase price had been submitted by Pizza Hut. The Pizza Hut manager said he would check into it and call me back but he never did. I had my receipt and the credit card statement, and the error (or fraudulent entry) was obvious, yet I received no reimbursement, no apology, not even an acknowledgement of a mistake.

Call your bank and dispute the charges. Pizza hut allows a company to use your card to buy a membership without your authorization. It happened to me and my wife. The bank credited the money back to our account, and the company didn't try to fight back since what they are doing is illegal. But don't let this slide! call your bank and dispute ASAP!

Pizza Hut $2.50 delivery charge

I just found out that Pizza Hut charges $2.50 delivery charge and it doesn't even go to the driver. So, While you are thinking that you tipped the driver in the $2.50 charge, you, in fact, have not paid any tip for the delivery. Where does that money go? When i spoke to Melonie the manager on duty, she claimed that she didn't know where the money went - and that it has been an issue within Pizza hut for awhile now.

Until that $2.50 charge is either removed or given to the drivers...i will NOT order from there again. End of story. They are ripping off their own employees - so where does that leave us? Up the creek paying a double delivery charge...

I ordered a two pizzas for ten dollars and a family breadsticks without the soda special and they still charged my 5 dollars a piece for just the breadsticks outrageous.

you are totally right, because you run the pizza huts everywhere, and who needs insurance incase your drivers wreck in to someone on the road. I just forgot how smart you really were. Man you did it again, proved that when on the internet anyone can TRY to be funny and a have comebacks. Note the TRY though. Your 7 year old burns are weak like cheap alcohol. Come back when you learn some big boy things, and maybe get a job..?..

Technically none of that goes to the driver. If there were no delivery charges, drivers would still get paid per run. It mostly goes towards insurance pizza hut carries on its drivers for if they get in an accident, but it does help out with the per run pay they recieve. But Papa Johns and every other big delivery place also has a delivery charge. And they actually give their drivers less per run on average

the delivery charge has been around for quite a while. i used to be a manager for a store in michigan for a few years. the drivers get a tiny portion of that amount. if i remember correctly, they get .50 of it. obviously, this isnt enough for those people that think that full amount is to tip the driver.

Pizza Hut bad service

I carefully observed the restaurant before the grand opening: the managers are NOT great. I also realized just now that employees are becoming depressed. I also called the Pizza Hut there until some employee (who sounded VERY depressed) picked up the phone, and then I was encountered by a very rude manager who just stopped me before I even tried to finish what I was going say and she hung up the phone.

The restaurant inside is really fancy, but overall, the place really may have a not-so-good customer service; depressed employees are more likely to be linked by their obnoxious managers. This restaurant have a nice dine-in, a buffet, and a set of TVs (and I will only give kudos only to these), but still, DO NOT COME TO THAT PIZZA HUT IF YOU WANT TO EAT THERE!

I tried to use the Pizza Hut website to order dinner. After some trying, I was able to locate a coupon on their website I would like to use. The website, however, would not allow me to select the items I wanted that were clearly covered by the coupon (2 medium lovers line pizzas for $17.99, wouldn't let me select lovers line pizzas). When I tried to use the website to contact someone at Pizza Hut about it, I got constant errors. My advice, never use the pizza hut website, and just stay away from pizza hut totally. They obviously don't care about the consumer.

OMG. Two hrs and waiting.. and delivery guy is always the same terribly rude guy. This is the only pizza delivery in our area so we've been stuck with it. Think we'll go drive and get Chinese food next time we want to order in. Really terrible place.

A week ago I place an order for A large Supreme and when I told the delivery man thi was not what I order He told me it's not his problem. it;s not the first time I will not be ordering from there again I think you have to many blacks when no sice of respect of other. When you go in to order they are always in the back. I think they arejust a disgrace.

My name is Chris Holland. I live a few blocks away from pizza hut in monroe, la located on 1301 lamy ln. I stopped by to order a stuffed crust pizza that was a special for 10.99. Unfortunately, they were out of that at about 6:00 saturday evening. That wasn't a problem. I ordered another type of pizza instead. I told the employee that i was going across the street to walmart while the pizza was cooking. Twenty minutes later I return to the pizza hut to pick my order up. My pizza was not ready. I ask the employee what happen to my pizza and she told me she gave my pizza to someone else. Now this defeats the fact that i come in to order it first and not have to sit and wait on it. I have to wait another 20 to 30 minutes. I know we all make mistakes and i understand mistakes happen. After waiting another 30 minutes, she brought me my pizza out. Good thing i checked it before i left because they fixed the wrong pizza. It was sausage instead of peperoni. I might have taking that pizza but my wife and i didn't want sausage. The employee insisted that i just take the sausage. This is what first upset me, the fact that i just got off of work and you are trying to make me take something i dont want. That isn't fair! I've been in sales all my life and i know how you are suppose to treat customers whether it's food or clothes. After i told her that my wife doesn't eat sausage, she made a smart remark to her manger "oh, his wife don't eat sausage", like that was a problem. That really upset me! The manager did'nt have much to say but start cooking another pizza for the third time. After about another 30 minutes, my pizza was ready again. Keep in mind, this is not the pizza i really wanted in the first place. I open my pizza and was shocked that it did not even have peperoni all over my pizza. I had three slices of pizza that did not even have a peperoni on them. There was'nt hardly any on the pizza period. I politely showed the manager the pizza and asked her about the way it looked and she smarted off with me and told me ' That's just the way it is". I'm thinking to myself that i have never seen a pizza look like that. I even tried to pay her for the pizza anyway after she didn't charge me, but even after one hour and 35 minutes she still did not make sure i was satisfied with my visit. That to me is not proffesional. I don't feel like i was treated fair and if it happened to me it's happening to other customers as well. I was not pleased at all. I was talking to my wife most of the time while i was at pizza hut, so she knew what was going on. When i got home, she did not feel it was safe to eat the pizza because she did not know what the employees were thinking or capable of doing to that pizza while preparing it in the back, especially after having to cook three different pizza's for one customer. I will appreciate the acknowledgement of my complaint because i feel people should'nt be treated that way.

This incident occured at Pizza Hut, Jalan Semenyih, Kajang on the 10th of September 2009. Time around 6:30 - 8 p.m. We planned to break fast in Pizza Hut since it's been so long i didn't had one.So, we decided to break fast in Pizza Hut instead of other places. We expect a very calm, stress free and happy break fast instead we're so disappointed we even vowed that's the last time we're going to step our foot in Pizza Hut!

I actually went there earlier with my mom to ask about reservation and sadly we got to know that Pizza Hut doesn't allow any reservation to take place. I was like, okay nevermind (even the 'gerai makan' also allow reservation). The cashier didn't even said sorry and she was just 'No..no reservation at all'..geez!

Well, me and my mom went back and came back later with the rest of our family.There are 6 of us.When we came in, no one greeted us.That's first but we don't mind so much.We searched for available seats without anyone ushering us and found a good spot just behind the restaurant. It was 6:30 pm, just about an hour before break fast.
So, we waited for the waitress to come and take our orders. After we'd done ordering, we waited. As the time passes by, there are still no food and worst no drinks on our table.Same goes to other table as well and it's 7:10 p.m, 10 minutes before break fast. I heard small talks of complaints from other tables. There's no plates, forks nor spoons...our table were empty. We patiently waited. And then, the waiter came and places the 'soup of the day' without any spoons and still no water being served. My mom asked the waiter what took them so long and the waiter just stared blankly and shook his shoulder.My GOD!

3 minutes before breakfast, the waitress served our drinks at last, unfortunately only 3 drinks were served and the rest she took it back coz she's supposed to serve 7 up instead of Pepsi.She didn't appologize at all. Fine...luckily my sister brought along the mango juice that she put in her flask. There we were, feeling disappointed and angry.
And the worst part, the waitress just threw the forks and knives on my husband's plate.Luckily it is empty.We were shocked and stunned by what had just happened. The waitress just threw it because she was in a hurry and didn't even say sorry.We were even mad.
And the food, my goodness, did they just overcooked the pizza? it looks terrible and the taste? a DISASTER! it is sad...very sad to know that the pizza hut that we used to go way before that served the best pizza in town has the worst ever service and food. Dominos is way better and unfortunately they only have take aways.

After we finished eating, we noticed some tables ordered outside food and still waiting for their food to be served. The supervisor in charge, her name's Yati, was not acting as a supervisor at all.I don't know if she knows her job description at all. Some of the customer went up to her and expressed their disappointment and what did she do? she just stared blankly as if she's bored hearing all these.That's her job to supervise what's needed to be supervised and not busying herself washing dishes and sorting out forks and spoons.There's this one lady even shouted at the cashier because she had waited for an hour plus and not even her drinks arrive at her table. And what did the employees of Pizza Hut do, just keep quiet and do their work, ignoring the poor lady.

It is a very unhealthy and stressful experience breaking fast at Pizza Hut. Never will i dine there, at pizza hut, jalan semenyih.When me and my husband went to the cashier, i asked for the complaint box and the lady who is in charge at that time just ignore me and just passed me the complaint paper without even looking at me.She didn;t even smile or say sorry whatsoever. Maybe she knows, nobody will ever complaint against pizza hut.But is this what the pizza hut want its customer to experience?A bad service and a horrendous food?

The services given by the staffs at Pizza Hut (Tesco Ampang, Malaysia branch) were the worse I ever had. I ordered my pizza at 19:46pm and still at 20:30pm I didn't get my pizza.The staff said, wait for another 10 minutes, ok fine, we waited but still the same.Then we went off without having the pizza.I don't like the attitude of some of the staff who answering mobile phone while working and one of the staff didn't wear the uniform, just wearing black t-shirt and jeans.Did they been given any training at all?

7 december 2009, on abou 4.00 pm. my siblings and i visited pizza hut located in old town..
once i entered the pizza hut, none of the waitress or waiter came to us, to give us service...another word is none of the waiter or waitress is on duty, i saw most of them are in the kitchen, talking with malay guys.
i felt very unsatistified with their service.One of the waitress named Meira, a malay girl, she did her work so rude, felt like not willing to do, threw the spoon into the drawer, make irratated sound to customer. i felt very angry to her work attitude..beside this, she purposely talking with a guy, make us wait for a long time to refill the drink.
beside her, other waitress also treated us very rudely and impatiently. we get bad service from them.
suprisely, i saw a malay guy eating customer's food while he is cooking. bad attitude..
i hope the waitress are working in pizza hut located in old town can improve their working attitude, so that can give good impression to customer..

Went into pizza hut to order and the manager in a black shirt said it would take about 20 minutes so i said ok thats fine i went back to get my pizza and it still wasnt ready when i went up to the counter i seen a short white waitress with short hair standing in front of the manager with his chin on her shoulder when i finally got my pizza i drove away and seen them kissing in the back .

i order for a large vegi pizza at 5.32pm by phone for delivery at my address 46565 harry byrd hwy #262, sterling, va, the person told me that is gona take 45 to 50 min, i call them back after 52 minutes and they say that we give you one hour time,
which was wrong, i ask that person his name but he refused me, i say that i want to talk to owner about this matter, that person
said, do whatever you want to do but dont call this number again, otherwise i will call police on you,
