Pizza Hut order

I am 31 years old and Muslim. In my life I have been really careful to not eat pork due to religious reasons. However on 14.05.2011 I have ordered calzone vegetable online for delivery and we were delivered calzone Ham. Of course I could not know that it was not what I ordered and I had a bite and my vegetarian wife as well. Unfortunately and obviously that was not vegetable calzone as I ordered and it was ham Calzone. Thank you very much for throwing everything I believe out of the door and for being really careless. I still do not believe that I had a bite and I have been being sick since then. I was having really good day until I decided to order a pizza from Pizza Hut (such a brand?) and you basically messed up my whole day and This will be an experience I will never forget but unfortunately not a good one. I do not even know how my wife is feeling after this terrible experience as I cannot even ask as whenever I remember it I feel sick.
It is good or bad reasons, right or wrong reasons me and my wife do not eat pork and I would expect from a restaurant specially if it is a worldwide brand (?) such as yourself to be really careful with orders.
I do not even know how else I can explain without being really rude how disappointing and unacceptable it was. There are about 10% vegetarian population and approx. 20% Muslim and Jewish population who do not eat pork, living in the UK and seeing one of the biggest restaurant chains in the world being really careless about the orders is only unacceptable.

"Pizza Hutt" is the only business I have purchased pizza for years.  I purchased pizza for my family today on {7th street} here in (Louisville, KY), I did not feel my order was right.  In the pass when I ordered pizza, (garlic butter and a pepper was automatically placed in with my order, it was not this time.  I contacted  the resturant, to be told that this practice did not excist and hadn't for (7 YEARS).  The manager told me the after I had been on hold for serveral min. and disconnected.  I was upset at this time for the inconvience and told him , "Thats Bull ###".  I asked the manager for his name and he would only give me the name (Justin), he said he did not release his enter name, I qest, to compliants.  He said I was cussing him, I was not, I then told him his statement was bogus.  He then hung up on me.  I, ve been a loyal customer of "Pizza Hutt for year that supasses (7), this is not the treatment I desirve.

in the past, i have worked for and been managment at multiple pizza hut stores longer than you have been ordering from them.(which is kinda sad, yes, i know) the garlic butter and pepper is, nor was ever, a practice that they do. you are probably thinking of papa johns. PH doesnt do it, little ceaesars doenst do it, and i dont think dominoes does either.
so, you seem to be mistaken about them "forgetting" to give you something.

Pizza Hut is always delicious - you're trippin. They weren't trying to sabotage you by making a Ham calzone, I'm sure they had absolutely no idea they messed it up, seeing as how food service workers don't like dealing with ### customers such as yourself. And previous comments are right, don't order food from a place that serves pork if you can't eat it. Stores do not take this into consideration and food is cross contaminated alllll the damn time. I worked at a Johnny Rockets and Muslim people would come in constantly wanting food without beef or pork...it's a HAMBURGER RESTAURANT. EVERYTHING is made of beef or pork.D Don't get me wrong - have your beliefs. And if you are that strong to your convictions then fine, but don't blame the integrity of the company for an honest mistake. Be more careful and understand that the Quick Serve Food Industry is not without flaws.

For thinking a person has a right to not eat pork if he doesn't want to, I could go to hell? Jesus kept kosher for respect of the Law of Moses; I suppose you think he's in hell for sympathy to Jews.

Also, "siding" with Islam? I'm supposed to pick a winner, like the search for truth and the nature of the Divine is the same as placing a bet at a horse race?

Pizza Hut makanan lambat sampai dan teruk

Pada 12 may 2011 (8.30pm) , saya dan seorang kawan saya telah makan di pizza hut seksyen 7 shah alam. Saya order meal spaghetti meatball bolongnise set. Malangnya, garlic bread stick yang saya dapat sangatlah keras. Bukan 'breadstick' lagi, dah jadi biskut. Very poor food quality. Then, lepas lebih 30 minit menunggu, saya belum lagi dapat spaghetti yang saya order. Saya panggil waiter untuk tanya. Lepas 10 minit lagi menunggu, barulah saya dapat spaghetti saya. Spagetti saya sangat lembik, macam terlebih direbus. Sangat teruk rasanya. Saya terus serik nak makan di pizza hut lagi. So, bagi sesiapa yang bercadang nak makan di pizza hut/nak buat open table kat sana, saya nasihatlah, fikirlah 2-3 kali. Pizza hut malaysia is suck!

Now i'm eating at one of the pizza hut restaurant in kota kinabalu sabah, center point! Very dissapointed with the services provided here. Pizza ready in 17 minutes. Bill time 19:22. I get my pizza at 19:50! When ask one of the staff, this is what he say "i sent wrong pizza to another table. Do you want to this pizza instead?" when i ask the supervisor, "let me check first". Then he never return with an explanation. Service charge? I pay for a poor service?

Pizza Hut bad service

Recently, I went to pizza hut on the road taiping klang 2. The manager there are arrogant and are not treat me well. at least I'm not going to hold him for being arrogant on I face. The manager also criticized the staff in front of me and for I are not polite. I hope that managers learn to civilized in their clients. I are not think to visit the restaurant again.

Pizza Hut ive been offended

Dear Customer Service,

I visited Pizza Hut, Bayswater branch, this evening to eat. I entered and there was no one to seat me. There was 5 to 6 tables empty so I set down next to the window. 5 minutes later the waitress asked me to change my table and I was not interested to change my table and requesting to order. 5 minutes later the manager came asking me way I do not want to change my table and he was kindly explaining that I am setting on 4 chairs and I must be in a 2 chairs table. I explained that I am waiting for my other 2 friends because we are going to whitely cinema and they will join me until I finish my food. He said when they come we move you again or they can wait for you till you finish eating in our waiting room, I refused as there was still more that 4 tables empty in the restaurant so I insisting to stay on the table I am already at informing the manager that I am feeling offended by this issue and when my friends come I want them to stay with me and not in another room. The manager informed me that he will not serve me until I move to a 2 chairs table and he refused to get me food. He embarrassed me in front of other people watching us. I asked to speak to his manager he said there is only me. I asked him for who is your manager he said that he has no manager and he is the only manager. I asked him who can I complain to he gave me a number saying that this is customer service and it was not, I came back requesting another number and he gave me another wrong number. Then he told me loud on my way out in front of others not to forget to tell the customer service that I did not have a reservation.

This is not acceptable. I was having a wonderful day until I met him. All what I wanted is to eat and to wait for my friends. I did not eat because he refused to serve me and the manager did not care when I told him that I feel offended from that issue. I feel that I’ve been kicked out from that branch.

I asked him to write his name to me he wrote Routtraa but I am not sure if that is his name or not because there was no name tag. I asked him how can know if that is your name as you are not wearing a name tag he said it does not matter just say the manager and they will know.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Unless your friends were paying for food too, they are not necessarily entitled to sit.

When you go into a restaurant you are supposed to WAIT TO BE SEATED the majority of the time.
The waitress asked you to move because you, one person, was sitting at a table meant for 3 or more.
I would agree with you if you were meeting your friends there and all of you were to be eating, but to have three of you there and only one of you eating that is selfish and a waste of time and space to other potential customers.
I agree with Brenda, you embarrassed yourself.

Pizza Hut bad service

Dear pizza hut fan... just want to share my experience at Bukit tinggi Klang jusco pizza hut... their manager on duty being rude to the client by asking us loudly and with harsh tone to wait outside the restaurant while we already sit at the table for about 10 minutes just because they need to clean up the table and take others order first... just imagine..my family with a grandmother, a mother with 2 babies and 2 children have to wait outside after waiting and sit at the table for about 10 minutes?... we just leave the restaurant by giving an advice to the manager that he should have courtesy to the client by not asking them to wait outside but should politely ask the client to wait at their table ...

Pizza Hut terrible customer service

My complaint that has not yet been addressed by Pizza Hut Canada. Was emailed in a week ago.

I am writing to report a complaint about Pizza Hut location Metrotown Burnaby B.C. Store #27. . This is long so please bear with me. There were two separate incidents to report. The first was on April 13, 2011. I called in my order to the store after work somewhere around 4:30- 5:00pm. That was fine, they asked how I would be paying and I informed them debit. The order came about 45 minutes later and I went out to pay the delivery man. He swiped my card and it said Visa on the machine, when I was using a debit card. The debit card I have is the CIBC Advantage card. This is a regular debit card that includes a visa logo on it to use for travel/online US purchases ect. However it does not work in canada as a Visa. It is in fact not a credit card. Anyways we stood outside in the freezing cold for almost 10 minutes with me holding this pizza trying to get this machine to work. Meanwhile the pizza is getting cold. I mention this to him, and tell him he can come back at a later time when I have cash available. By this time I (7 months pregnant) and my 10 year old son who hasn't eaten since noon are starving! He says no I can't leave it here and come back for payment, and I tell him it must be freezing cold and unappetizing by now, I'll probably want a new order made. He says "ok so you don't want it, I'll take it", and takes it out of my hands. So that was that and he just left us with no dinner. I go in the house and have to tell my son he still has to wait for dinner. He was very hungry and upset. We had just moved into this suite so did not have dishes or food unpacked yet. So I call the store and let them know what happened, and the store clerk tells me he should have left the pizza here and they could have returned for payment. She says she will call him to turn around and bring it back. This is a good 25 minutes or so later, from the time he first arrived. So I say fine, do that. I am desperate to get something to eat by this time, even if it is cold and dry. So I tell my son the pizza is coming back. We wait about 15 minutes more and still no delivery man. I call the store again and the girl tells me her manager is on the phone with the debit machine company. That is all good and well but this is almost 2 hrs after I placed the order! All the girl can offer me is to wait until they figure it out or cancel the order. No offer of any kind of solutin at all! I ask her if I should just call Panago now, since this is a Canucks playoff game night. Everywhere is going to be a long wait for delivery. By this time I am just angry and tell her their customer service is despicable and she giggles! So I hung up with her and placed an order with Panago, so we finally got something to eat around 8:00pm.
The next day after work I call the store and ask for a manager. I speak with her and she tells me theres nothing she could do. Its not their fault that the debit machine didn't support my card. This is a very common debit card by the way. Alot of people bank with CIBC. I tell her how upset I am with the treatment I got and she just barely offers an apology. She acts as if I am inconveniencing her. I tell her how much my family enjoys pizza hut pizza and it is a shame that I don't feel comfortable supporting a company that has treated me so badly. She shows no interest in hearing what I have to say. I am a busy working mom and order pizza once, sometimes twice a week depending how busy I am. She says well the best I can do since this isn't our fault about the machine is offer a 50% of the order ($15.00) credit to be used within a month. I accept this. Thank her for her time and that was that.

So now comes the second experience! April 20, 2011 at 4:30pm. Order #135, Store #27. I call in my order and inform them of the $15.00 credit I have to use there. Hang up the phone and wait for our pizza to arrive. My neighbours have dogs in our yard and I hear barking so I go out to the fornt gate to meet the deliver man. He yells at me that he won't deliver here and these little dogs are going to bite him. I yell back at him and inform him these are not even my dogs. Don't yell at me about it. I will come outside the gate to pay him. which I did. He hands me the pizza and says $15.00 is due. I tell him no, I was quoted on the phone that the total minus the credit was $5.00 and some odd cents. He yells rudely and says NO! You have a $5.00 credit, You pay $15.00! I Tell him No! It is $5 something. He then proceeds to swipe the pizza out of my hands and said "Ok, I'm leaving!". At this point I grabbed the reciept off the top of his bag and read it and angrily point out to him the Total : $5.88 Discount: $15.00. He says oh..oh... I was wrong. Yes he was! I'm shaking by this point. I am just flabber-ghasted that I have had my dinner ripped out of my hands twice in two weeks by this horrid company! I take the pizza back and pass him a $20.00 bill, and he doesnt say a word, just gives me $15.00 back and scurries off. No apology from him. I then went in my house and called the store once again absolutely shocked that a ridiculous incident happened again! I spoke with the manager again and gave her the play by play of what happened and she giggled and said "I will tak to him, he is kinda old". I left a sort of awkward pause waiting for a sincere apologly or anything! And nothing. Just a flat sorry about that. Completely un-caring and very un-proffesional.

So those are my experiences with the Pizza Hut in my neighbourhood so far. I am so upset by this because I and my family love the product, but I can not stand bad customer service. I am blown away that this store is even open considering the poor manner in which it is run. Thank you you you time in reading this email and I look forward to hearing from someone at a higher level than the joke of a manager I have spoken with numerous times on the phone.

Totally disgusting customer service at the Pizza Hut Canada call center and bad bad people working there! I just hung up the phone with head office after filing complaints.
Didn't get to eat my pizza just chucked them away as I was so pissed off by customer service! They forgot to give me the $10 gift voucher with my delivery order and took me over 40 min to just explain what the issue is by calling them 5 times. Bad disgusting customer service agents kept on transferring, putting me on hold over and over again then gets disconnected every time. They are so rude, don't-care attitude, yelling at me without even understanding the issue and just never seen this type of customer service. It's not even customer service! What kind of people is pizza hut hiring for customer service at the call centre? After 40min on the phone tossing me around here and there, going around the circle without getting anywhere, I'm totally pissed and want to address this insane experience to everyone and go all the way to expose how bad pizza hut canada customer service is!

I carried out the order and we are vegetarian (by religion) if some do not know. There was meat in my order. Upon calling the location, after 10 min. of hold time - the Manager (Muhammed) denied to come on the phone and said he was too busy, that was insane and rude. I went to the store AGAIN and STILL he did not come out to talk! I was angry and told him why can't he talk... He threatened me like a GOON to call police and was extremely rude. I left with the pizza there and did NOT get/ask for refund. With me, other customers ALSO told me they will never come back again to this location. Anyone in this area, pl. DO NOT go/order from this location - they NEED to know that we have rights too!

The employee does not care of business, I need confirmation that the OWNER knows this. This is highly unacceptable behavior and customer service! I WILL publicly post this issue on blogs, magazines and news sites/channels. Pizza Hut put's their FIRST principle to hire is cust. service (LOL - what a joke!) and me getting thrown out was horrible and I will ensure that I will stand there with a banner with 20 ppl.
ALSO - I was charged extra on my order!

Pizza hut is hiring all the old Mcdonald kids... now Mcdon. is revamping their staff with high quality ppl and invest tremendously in training. On the flip side, those folks who cannot make it are managers at Pizza Hut!

Here is my complaint...I'm in Ontario

From a disappointed customer,
I ordered a crown crust pizza at your Ajax - R32804 location for pick up. My order # was [protected]. This was the first time I have ever ordered this pizza...I guess seeing the commercials over and over really works. Anyhow I arrived to pick up the pizza (which came up to $30.50) with nothing additional with it, just the pizza. Right before I was going to pay for it they showed me what it looked like and to my horror the most disappointing looking pizza in my entire life was presented to me! Let me break down what they showed me in that pizza box in no particular order...first off the entire pizza's appearance was so dry it looked like it was cooked when the store first opened and was then was placed in a warmer for the day waiting to get sold. The crust was paper thin which I didn't ask for, the pizza didn't even fill the box it came in and normally when I get a pizza anywhere, when it's sliced it still somewhat together, not in this case it looked like if a cracker was being separated. I ordered the pizza with extra cheese x2 and could see as much of the dry sauce as I did cheese. For a $30 pizza you would expect a lot more than that. I ended up leaving empty handed, upset and never wanting to buy from you guys again. Now I only had great experiences growing up eating from pizza hut so I'm hoping it's just this particular location that offers this to its customers for the company’s sake. I'm writing to you to let you know you might have lost a fan/customer for ever. I had to tell them I didn't want it and now I can't order from them again because I not going through that again. I don’t expect the pizza to look exactly like what I see on TV but damn some pride need to go into making food for paying customers.

I ordered the new Crown crust pizza, what a rip off to start, #1 your online order that I sent was never received making me call store #31119 in Coquitlam, B, C, .There was on 13 pieces of chicken ans a sparse amount of roasted garlic, very little cheese, basically it was a tomato pasted flavor shingle on pizza dough.I have posted on Facebook for people not to order from your store or any other Pizza Hut again.Unfortunately for you my friends and family will not go to any Pizza Hut or order from them again.If you do the math thats over 400 friends and family that will not order from you again.Please let the manger of store # 31119 know this, in fact I feel that a refund should be provided to me because my dog who eats like a goat would not eat the food either

I live in Toronto and had a similar experience with Pizza Hut. I believe it was the branch at Lawrence. It started of with the wrong drinks being delivered with the Pizza and then the delivery man demanded a tip. He said if we don't tip him he will take the drinks back which we already paid for. We asked him to leave. We called up the Pizza Hut customer service and explained the situation; they brushed us off and said to settle for a $10/ credit. Then in an hour’s time (12:40 a.m.) we receive a phone call from the Manager of the Branch that had delivered the Pizza demanding we take our complain back and how dare we receive a credit which he will not give. He stated that the deliveryman's testimony is that we threatened him. At this point we hung up. Called the Pizza Hut Customer service, where we were informed that the customer service manager will not talk to us and there is nothing they can do.
People have to get one thing straight, there are better Pizzas out there, it is just a matter of convenience at the certain time that we feel a certain brand is the best. Wake up and protest against the Bad Customer service of Pizza Hut in Canada and trust me the customer service in the US is much better and professional. It's Canada where nothing is regulated.

dear fellow customers,
we do have bad experience regarding the employees but we do love the product itself. Hopefully, that these managers will gonna orient their employees constantly from the deliverymen up-to the supervisors. We customers needs a fair treatment and nice smiling mood. If these delivery men have their personal problems that makes them grumpy in the front of their customers. They must learn how to set it aside and keep it while they are working. They must be polite, nice, considerate to heir customers. the most important thing is he must know what he is doing or else he must better resign and go home.

On Saturday August 6th, ( 2 days ago), I made a purchase online for the $19 _

tax deal to be delivered at 8:40 pm from 1770 Huron Church Rd
Windsor ON N9L 2L4 STORE.

-Called the local store number twice to confirm order
-They promised my order will be delivered at 8:40 PM SHARP to my business

building
-It got to 8:45 pm I called the store and no one picked up the phone

intentionally
-15 minutes later, the order came in late at 9 PM and it was disgustingly

cold, the cinemon melt were spelt on the pizza, No bag, forks, napkins were

offered. and the driver said "I'm sorry usually we bag it we didn't with a

smile on his ugly face.

-The pizza tasted old, dry, toppings were not put on except cheese and a

little 1/4 of the pizza beef
-The pizza gave me and my business man a stomache ache
-The cinnemon desert looked smooched and ###
-Attempted to contact the store yesterday (sunday) again they didn't pick up

my number and also attempted to call the customer server but you guys were

closed and now I'm calling in and I need a resolution out of this because I'm

ready to post this to the New York Times, All Canadian NewsPaper to see how

disgustingly pizza hut in Canada operates!

I'm going to escalate this case to the supreme court and file a law suit

against the employees at that pizza hut location if you don't come up with a

proper resolution in regards to this embarrassing experience we got from pizza

hut

I too had similar type of problem recently on the SAME location. As my order was small, it took them more than 40 min. for only 2 pizza. When I complained, they did not care and one guy, big, scary looking answered rudely. I was scared and felt they will spit in my pizza so I left without any credit... I would not even other want to eat something like that.

We too will never go there.

Pizza Hut ripp off's

I called in a pizza and cheese sticks gave them my name and phone number.when it was delivered there was no cheese on the cheese sticks it looked like bread sticks because the cheese was fried.The pizza was lacking on cheese what happend to the good old days where they didn't ripp off toppings and if I add extra cheese it's like how they use to make them.And every time this happens to me is the day I tip very well asumeing my order was good.Instead I pay 26 bucks for a cold pizza with hardley any toppings and breadsticks (cheesesticks).Then when I called to complain they cant find me in the computer because she can't find my phone number because she put it in wrong...(my phone number is a confusing one alot of the same numbers)It just sucked so I never will buy Pizza Hut again.

Pizza Hut poor service

I seriously want to complain the poor service pizza hut at tesco alor setar. Issued 1) Last week, i went alone to tesco a/s pizza hut to having my lunch, 1 of the staff serve me the menu & after i made order (1 spagetti & 1 coke), i just saw the other table have a stand plate look like promotion item, then i just take the stand plate & back to seat to read, then i saw got 1 promotion is almost the same with my order (1 spagetti, 1 drink & bread stick) only at RM9.80 (included all tax), then i ask that staff whether i can get this promotion item, the feedback of that staff was really let me feel dissapointed, she said:" oh, sorry miss, the bill was printed out already, is unable to change." Finally, i get to pay RM 16++(is almost to pay double compare to the promotion price). As a customer, i think i have the right to know the "worth" of every cent that i will be to spend, do your parties agree that your staff suppose to give me the best suggestion & my "right" when im being make order? Issud 2) Today (24th, april), i choose to forgive your staff so that i bring along my husband to there to having lunch 1 more time, we seat inside your pizza hut tesco a/s around 5-10 minute to wait any 1 to serve us, but i don't know whether is't we are chinese or we only 2 person, so that all the staff like never seen us. My husband asking me :"why nobody to serve us?"(that is not peak circumstances because onlygot 2-3 table customer, i think is not so busy hour)..On that moment, i saw a group of customer(5-6person) walk in and seat beside our table, then i tell to my husband:" never mind, we see whether the staff serve them rather than us or not, then we just decide having lunch at here or not here, ok?"..Really really dissapointed, the staff take the menu to serve them than us, somemore walking passed by our table and see us like transparent..i with my husband just stand up & walk out from your PizzaHut tesco alor setar..From the aboementioned of 2 issued, i just want to tell to your parties, although they treat me like this, but i also never scold any staff on the sport at there, "But", i will never never be your cusomer again, & i will tell to my family, friend, facebook friend about this issued...

today i went to pizza hut at jalan padang garong kota bharu kelantan for lunch. have to wait for 5 minutes for them to serve though only 2 tables of people there. don't know what they were doing at that time.then i placed an order with an unfriendly staff.had to wait for almost 10 minutes to get my mushroom soup but garlic bread arrived 15 minutes later. my soup was almost cold back then. i was frustrated as i've always like to eat my garlic bread with a hot mushroom soup.anyway, before that had to ask the waitress why my garlic bread has not arrived and after she asked the kitchen people i can hear them shouted 'SABAR LA!'.i was shocked upon hearing their response.that was totally unexpected and mind you this will be the last time i will step into the premise

I m want to complaint pizza hut delivery services. today i m make a delivery order at 9.00 p.m at center but forget the operate name which is the careless guy. after the operator take mine order, he said I can take my food at the Masjid Tanah pizza hut branch after halt an hour(9.30 p.m). when I m reach the pizza hut branch masjid tanah to get mine food, pizza hut staff said they don't get any order from the main center. fine.. I call back the center, the operator said my order had been send to the branch..then no any solution for my case. I m waiting more then half an hour( 10 pm) I m get frustrated and mad, I leave the pizza hut.
this the fist t time i get the suck service from the delivery center, I m really disappointed with the pizza hut service.

Dear Management of Pizza Hut, I and my family are one of the regular customer of Pizza Hut. Last night we went to Pizza Hut Sungai Dua (near USM), Penang to have our dinner. There were lots of people inside the restaurant and we decided to join them although we knew that ordering may take some time. We made the order and waited. I don't really mind if the food came a little bit late BUT what make me very FRUSTRATED is that the quality food that they are serving is VERY POOR. My son have ordered Spaghetti Prawn Olio and what was delivered is a tasteless Olio, it just like taking a raw spaghetti. We have also ordered Deli Wings and what we get are a very pale look uncooked deli wings. I would like to advice the Management to monitor this kind of quality control on food they are serving. Please do not compromise the quality of food although there were lots of people in the restaurant. Thank you.

If you want to eat pizza hut, do not eat or take away, do not come near the pizza hut choice Supermall. slow service, long wait. guaranteed 14-minute chase, but half an hour ... sometimes more than that. chilli sauce ... not even the worst

staff at pizzahut sacc mall so lousy and playfull, dont do the follow-up, i got my food when it already cold, i had to remind them for about 3 times about my order and waited almost an hour to get my spaghetti done, yet i paid the service charge but i dont get the service that i wanted.

Pizza Hut health and safety

Filthy toilets, in mens, womens and handicap toilets. Toilets don't flush, bins are full of smelly nappiesbto the rim, toilet seats wet with iron, floor equally wet of the same, toilet paper all over the place, broken taps. I just can't imagine what the kitchen must be like. Honestly, for an American company...this is really poor.

Pizza Hut treatment of employees

My experience with npc international/john jay associates/pizza hut was absolutely horrible. Let me simply say, they treated me like I was fecal matter.
I was hired as a management trainee. Well, it took them over 9 months to actually get serious about my management training (Despite repeated requests for a time frame). Would you like to know what actually got them serious about my promotion? Half of the management staff quitting. They had no choice but to promote me, or close the damn store.
Well, I found myself now working as a shift leader, with incomplete training for that position, and damn near running the store, after two more people slated for the position of store manager quit (All management who quit did so with no notice). So, with nobody else stepping up, I did the job, even though I had not been asked to do so. Without training, without experience at the position, I did my best and kept the store afloat for 9 months.
Did they decide after that initiative to make me the store manager? No, they did not. They went outside the store and hired a new store manager from another restaurant in the area. And I ended up having to help him do his job. Did that mean they were going to make me the assistant manager? No, they had someone else in mind for that, too. Someone who, up to that point, had never worked more than 12 hours in a week there before.
Two weeks before christmas, I was robbed, by two masked people, at gunpoint, and beaten. And, because I lost a whopping total of about $120 in that robbery, I was terminated. Fired. For being the victim of a crime.
When I applied for unemployment, they even attempted to deny the benefits. Their bs attempt at screwing someone who no longer worked for them was overruled by the labor relations board, as well as their attempt at not honoring worker's compensation claims for a back injury sustained in the robbery.
Work for this group ever again? Not bloody likely.

Pizza Hut slow service, rude staff

Saw my pizza on the shelf waiting for the waiter/ress to bring to me. 5 minutes later no one bought it over so I asked the waitress if she could bring it, she said ok but decided to clean and set two tables, set them and take the order of anothr customer - which took a further 10 mins. She then bought the pizza to me - which was now cold and not cut. When I told it was cold she simply looked at me as if to say 'so what'. Didnt get an apology or another pizza!

Pizza Hut change of order

i ordered a pizza over the phone from pizza hut for a thin crust well like 2 seconds i called right after i hung up because i was suppose to get hand tossed. they told me sorry they can`t change an order I mean i can see if it was thirty or even ten minutes later. is this true orders can`t be changed in like 2-5 seconds after called in this happened tonight at 8.15 P.M. here in batesville ms

Pizza Hut stealing money

I called them for the $10 special but since I wanted thin crust instead of thick or pan it was 2 dollars more, then I had my friend call on his cell and they said the same thing about thick crust. Then they charge me 2.50 for delivery AND they want me to tip the driver. They keep the 2, 50 so they get 4.50 extra on your order and the driver gets no tip because I dont know anyone who will pay twice for delivery. This has got to be against the law its classic bait and switch advertising and they are killing thier delivery drivers because you know they dont pay them whie they are sitting around at the shop.

Pizza Hut poor management

I tried to called my order ahead of time but no one answered the phone, so I drove about 10 blocks to my local pizza hut (san juan, tx) about 4 people waiting for their order, (walk-ins had d same story) the dinner was not that busy, there where 2 managers:one in charge of to-go orders and one of the front desk, 2 young new hires cooking, 2 waitresses and 1 delivery boy. we placed or order, payed for it waited 45 minutes cuz d manager was giving out orders without checking who was d next customer.

We had a gift card and decided to use it for lunch. Well the place was full, the buffet tables were empty, they were out of the Alfredo that people wanted and that poor young man was trying to handle everything from the phone, register, busing tables and getting drinks. Cant Pizza Hut afford to hire enough help? People were getting irate and cussing and yelling around. I felt really bad for the waiter. There was only 3 people in there to run the lunch rush. Not a good thing. I don't know if I will ever go back. Too bad...

To whom it may concern:

I am the mother of Robert Banks who was involved in an incident on November 01, 2008 at the Newport, TN Pizza Hut located at 802 Cosby, Hwy. I am writing you because I feel my son was treated unjustly.
If the managers at Pizza Hut had done there job, my son would still have his. The managers Matt and Cathy allowed an employee, Randy to come to work drunk, smelling like alcohol, yelling at not only the managers but other employee’s, and disturbing the customers at the counter. In my opinion, if they had fired Randy or told him to leave at the beginning, the problem would have been solved. The manager Liz and another person named Lisa told me by phone that none of this incident was Robert’s fault in anyway and yet he was fired. Matt, also a manager said that if it was up to him, he would bring Robert back immediately. They said Robert did everything possible to get Randy to leave him alone. My question is, why was Robert fired over something that management should have taken care of the first time when Randy came in smelling like alcohol. Randy clocked out went to the hospital and later called back to work wanting my son to come pick him up and Robert told him he couldn’t because he was working. Then Randy talked to a manager and the manager sent an employee to pick up Randy and bring him back to work which was asking for trouble. Who know's, that employee may have still been on the clock when he or she went to pick up Randy. Robert was defending himself after Randy hit him with his chest. Randy fell down when Robert pushed him because that’s what drunks do. Maybe you should have fired your mangers for bringing Randy back to Pizza Hut and not intervening to prevent the altercation when Randy came in twice starting trouble.

We had my grandsons birthday party at the pizza hut on tenth street we reserved the room for 20 to 30 we get there they stick us in a room barely big enough for 20 because they had sat people in the room we reserved. Then they finally left so we moved to the bigger room. The party ended up costing $136.00 we had 10 pizzas for $6.oo a piece 2 family order of bread sticks with cheese $14.00 the rest was for pop you mean to tell me you charge $1.30 for a little cup get real. we had a party in oct had 10 pizzas for $6.00 an I paid for breadsticks they gave pitchers of pop total price $62.00 What is the big difference? The manager Frank said it wasnt his problem to deal with it. Well I will not eat at another pizza hut an we ate there at least once a week with work for lunch. I dont understand the price of the pop we had 32 cups and they charged for each one. Please do something about this it is unfair that people have to deal with this kind of crap for a child to have a good birthday.

I don't see the problem. You have to pay for what you ordered. They did no wrong, unless the price was listed wrong on the menu, but my guess is that it wasn't. $1.30 sounds about right for 1 beverage. Some restaurants charge even more than that. Tip for you for next time, instead of complaining to the restaurant for not giving you free drinks, perhaps have your party pay for their own individual drinks to help you out financially.

my mom, sister and my little girl and I went in pizza hut the waitress seated us never ask us if we wanted any thing just walked away I went up to the counter ask for drinks she was mad. Then she took our order never came back we spent over an hour waiting then they started to put pizzas on the salad bar I went up to see why our food was not coming she said it's on it's way we finally we said we are leaving because she said our pizzas were half way done so we got up and left.

Pizza Hut took my money, lied, refused refund

This isn't the first time they've done this... Google other reviews.

I called pizza hut where I ordered and explained that I had ordered food over an hour ago and never received it. The manager insisted that a delivery person came and an "older gentleman" answered the door. I was the only person home all day. The manager said the delivery guy was paid in cash. Funny, because I paid by credit card. He later said it was a "young lady" who answered the door. He was clearly lying. I asked him if the delivery guy went to the door and rang a bell but he wouldn't say. The manager refused to deliver my food and would not refund my money. I have called corporate multiple times and continue to do so until I receive a call from the district manager. And i'm trying to get reimbursed through my card company... Put some fire under someone.

I got a call from the hyde park store but duh. My problem is with the one in randolph. So we'll see what happens. I will get my money back. And i'm writing on every board about those scammers.

You're never supposed to clean your lenses with a DRY cloth. Here is a link on how to clean your eyewear. http://www.ehow.com/how_12526_clean-eyeglasses.html

I do not work for JCP optical, nor am I familiar with the lens brands they use, but I do work with an optometrist doctor's office. I would urge you to do proper research on how to care for your lenses, instead of accusing a place who knows much more about eyeglasses than you do of giving you defective lenses.

Pizza Hut pizza hut gift coupon

I purchased several christmas gift cards at a Walmart in Yuma, AZ. Somehow, the intended gift cards that were mailed to the same individual were never received. I had a receipt with confirmation numbers on all of them. The gift coupons were from Walmart, Kohl's Department Store, and Pizza Hut. It is only Pizza Hut who refused to reissue me a new card, and kept claiming the confirmation number I had on my receipt never existed. Some barely speaking English Pizza Hut employee in the US, took down all of the information and promised to call me back within 3 days, it never happed. Then, somehow my complaint got rerouted to the Pizza Hut company in Australia! Again, I called the US Pizza Customer Service, quite simply, was told Pizza hut policy for lost or stolen gift cards is written on the back of each card. You lose it, or it is stolen - tough, you won't get another one.
