We ordered carry out on this Pizza Hut store and after we got home and had a bite of the slice, there was a disgusting piece of something that was as hard as a rock. It was disgusting and shocking since this is the first time that something like that happened to me. It was either an animal's tooth or piece of bone. We called the store immediatelly and told them about it. The sales person offered to make us a new pizza? I dont think so. I got my money back but that is not all. I did email the corporate office here in Plano texas and they did not even bothered to reply. I am so dissappointed not only for the bad experience but bad customer service as well. Pizza Hut? never again for as long as I live.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
