Pizza Hut product and service

My husband had ordered us two stuffed crust pizzas, wings, bread stick and cheese sticks. One pizza was just a cheese pizza, no issues. The other was a buffalo chicken pizza with bacon jalapeno and onion. When we received our food, my husband took a bite and it was bbq instead of buffalo. So He called The sullivant avenue location in Columbus Ohio. Spoke to Patty and Katie, They replaced the pizza and jad a new one sent, while waiting he went too get a wing and noticed how dry they were; he still was going to eat but it was rock hard. So he called and they were sending new wings also. When the replaced food came we opened up the pizza and wings to make sure it was buffalo and not dry. we clearly smelled the buffalo and the wings were soaked, like we like. Well when we sat down to eat the pizza my husband picked up a slice every topping fell off and the center was not fully cooked and you could still see huge chunks of uncooked cheese. (not even melted) My husband called spoke to patty, he asked for corporates number she refused to give it and hung up on him. He refused to give a refund even if the food was brought back! She was beyond rude! And clammed she made our food and it was buffalo the first time, we even showed the driver who said it was clearly bbq, and she personally made the second pizza that was uncooked! I have a family of 6! We order a lot of pizza and a lot of food all the time! We will never eat at this location due to the awful food and disrespectful employees and management!

Pizza Hut my online order

I placed an online order for a large super supreme pizza and an order of cheesesticks. What i received was a medium cheese pizza and burnt cheesesticks. I was not satisfied with this at all. When i tried calling the store i kept getting disconnected. This is the first time where i have not been able to resolve the issue with the store directly. Please help me in resolving this.

Pizza Hut zero customer service

Myself and a friend visited Pizza Hut at 620 S George Nigh Expy, McAlester, OK 74502 on the evening of 9/11/2017 around 8:30pm. We were in town conducting training on the Army base. We are both active duty service members and decided Pizza Hut was our best option because we were not familiar with the area. The minute we walked into the store, we were not greeted by Pizza Hut members, they instead looked at us like they were not happy we were there. We sat down at a table and waited for someone to greet us or take our order. We were only one of two parties in the restaurant and it appeared to not be busy at all. We sat there for around 10 minutes while the lady behind the counter talked on the phone. She acknowledged us one time after the the ten minute wait where she yelled from the counter that she would be with us. After another 5 minutes or so, we got up and left. Went across the street to Mazzios and enjoyed a good meal. I can say because of the way Pizza Hut does not care for its customers that myself will never return or order from Pizza Hut again. Thank you for a terrible experience. Maybe management should really take a look at how bas business practices are in this restaurant. All you have to do is look at the reviews. People just don't say this to be mean, they say it because they all had bad experiences here. Hopefully someone will take this serious and address the problem with management in this store. Thank you for your time.

Pizza Hut did not receive a replacement pizza! rude manager in street clothes @ 730p, rolled eyes & told employees not to remake pizzas.

730p/Called [protected], ask to speak to manger on pizza had a bad taste but Breniqua cashier to the concern & told me to be the pizza back. It was a medium hand toss supreme.
As I arrive a the Pizza Hut, 714 N. Germantown Pkwy, Cordova, Tn. 38018, the cashier to the pizza & made it known that slices where missing. I replied yes, 2 people ate a slice each & threw them in the trash because it tasted bad. I returned 5 or 6 slices when the manager whom was in street clothes rolled eyes & displayed bad body language.
I asked the cashier who she was & the employees in back said the manager.
After that she said I'm the manager & nobody is going to remake any more pizzas tonight.

As the customer I said excuse me but your behavior is rude & unaceptable, I let her know that I was contacting corporate on her! She told me to get out the store & she was call the police, & didnt attempt fix my issue.

The manager in street clothes told the police she wasn't going to remake the bad tasting pizza her store made!

Pizza Hut total failure

I order two pizzas one supreme one meat lovers, stuffed garlic bits, brownies and soda. I have attached a copy of my order. What I got was one pizza, garlic bread stick and a cookie. I was going to call the store but the driver kept my receipt and also after eating what we did get my girlfriend and I were very sick. I have been sick for over 24 hours after eating from this restaurant so to call them and receive more food that will only make me sick seems stupid.
Needless to say I will never patronize another pizza hut again and I will recommend that others do not either

Pizza Hut coupon

I went into pizza hut on Berryville Ave in Winchester Va withy 2 grandsons ages 2 and 4 on 9/9/17 Saturday..ask about any coupons and was told ck online and I did find one which said good online or instore so I try to use tht and manager named Veronica said I could not use it for it was for take out.I showed her it didn't say take out just instore or online..she refuzed and said if I wanted it I would have to take my 2 grandkids and leave we couldn't stay and eat
Very upset because my grandkids were thirsty and hungry after playing in the park..very rude about this

Pizza Hut all around

Normally, I love Pizza Hut and would swear by them. Due to a local experience I hate to say giving them another chance would be hard. I always order stuffed crust when I go into Pizza Hut and love it, today though we ordered a total of 5 pizzas (4 on 1 order and other separate) and two drinks, to start, they where out of the correct boxes and they didn’t have either of the drinks I ordered. I figured it was whatever and picked out two new drinks. I went home to eat my pizza and guess what! The crust was stale, the pizza overall was disguising. I wouldn’t touch pizza again if this was my first experience it.

Pizza Hut treatment of human beings

I saw on social media how a Pizza Hut in FL. Issued a memo on when employees could evacuate and when to return. I understand that corporate has said this does not reflect Pizza Hut. However, I do not believe that manager came up with those guidelines on their own.
This flies right in the face of federal regulations regarding emergency mandatory evacuation.
Should I as a customer, need to evacuate, I will be using my money to purchase gas, canned food, bottled water, hygiene products, and first aid supplies. NOT PIZZA!
If this is how you treat the people who you entrust to maintain your business, how much could you really care about your customers or the products you sell? I am deeply saddened by this. I can not in good conscience continue to be a customer.

I agree with this individual 100%. I think it's criminal for the manager to issue the statement that he did to the employees of this florida store. Corporate, you have a DUTY to issue communications to franchisee owners and their management staff to outline appropriate corporate policy for emergencies such as this. The people that work in those stores should come first and foremost. After years of loyal patronage, I'll be hard pressed to return to the Hut in the future.

Pizza Hut poor (actually no) response to an issue completely the fault of the store

The date I believe was Wednesday Sept 6. I placed an on-line order to your location 24750 Telegraph Rd, Southfield, MI. Upon completing the order, I came to realize there was no place for me to indicate I would like to have it
baked well-done. I proceeded to contact the store, spoke to an employee, verified my order and made my request. She assured me it would be taken care of. I arrived to pick up my order at the required time and to my dismay found out that my order had been canceled, That is where the finger pointing seem to begin. The employee I first spoke to was the person that took my phone request regarding having the pizza. She then spoke to another associate who remarked we cancelled that order. At that time they looked through some sales receipts and found not one but TWO orders that had been cancelled. After that, the silence was defining. After standing at the counter for 2 minutes with no communication whatsoever, I chose to take my business elsewhere. (That pizza was just like I wanted it with no hassle. And it was very tasty) Mistakes followed by finger pointing followed by silence was not the nutritional value I expected from my invisible order. There are always other places to go, but if I wanted them to make my dinner, I would have contacted them first. That is what happened with no embellishment, just facts. Thank you.

Pizza Hut my online order

Last night I ordered pizza online. I went through to create my order and add in my payment. The pizza was never delivered so I checked my bank account. I saw where Pizza Hut did check into my account balance to see if I had me payment in full for the order. But the pizza was never delivered and the actual cash amount was never withdrawn. Can you please check into the the issue?

Pizza Hut food and service were terrible

I ordered just a stuff crust Pizza and 4 drinks for $5 from the pizza Hut located at 1060 By pass road Vinton Va. They called me and said they were out of string cheese and tossed crust. Only offered thin crust or pan pizza. I chose the pan pizza. When the delivery guy showed up he said he lost the receipt that I needed to sign and asked me to sign the back of one. He also stated that the 2 bottled waters I requested they were out of so he brought 2 Pepsi. He said He didn't think it was that big of a deal. I don't drink sodas though! When I opened the pizza it looked disgusting ! It was burnt, no cheese on it, and it had pretzel salt all over the entire pizza! It tasted disgusting. That location needs to be shut down.

Pizza Hut my order 4 medium pizzas

I order at leaset 1 time a week or every 2 weeks never had any problems intill i started useing pizza hut on preston hwy louisville ky 40217 there was no cheese all sause and crust there was so much sause it was everywhere in side the box tbe peoplw was rude when i first order i was having problems ordering online ssaying error i got hung up on 2 times like they didnt want to take a order all i wanted was my order replaced and pizzas give back they wouldnt do it not happy at all

Pizza Hut madison, tn terrible service

I placed my order at 8:46 on a Sunday Night. I read they are supposed to be open until 11 pm so I thought this was ample time to get 2 pizzas made. The estimated wait time was 65 minutes, so I let my family know it would be late when food arrived. I told my wife not to cook anything because I had it covered. I waited until 10 pm to check the tracker at which point it said that food was being made. I called the store just to check in, but no one answered. I called again, and again no one answered. This is the SECOND time that this pizza hut has done this to me, took my money and didn't bother to call and say they wanted to go home early, or couldn't make my food. Instead, these people decided to make me think my food is being prepared and I am waiting looking like a pure fool while my family is hungry. I will NEVER order from this store again, when I have gotten food from them it's never as good as it should be and now I just straight up get no food.

Pizza Hut product and service

Waited over an hour at the store after waiting the 30 minutes they said it would be looked at the pizzas they looks ok the crust was really white I tasted them when I got home it was still doughy i ordered 2 medium a supreme and a pepperoni no what is bad is that pizza tasted what really left the bad taste in my mouth was the manager not caring about my complaint and just straight up hanging up on me in the middle of my talking I tried to call back but she wouldn't answer the phone I feel extremely rubbed the wrong way from the Pizza Hut here in brush Colorado it's a Sunday and I know a lot of people order on Sunday so I'm not even mad too much about the wait time the service is what really did me in it made me not want to come to it anymore

I ordered garlic knots and apparently they ran out. Instead of calling me, they just brought me cheesy bread that wasn't even melted. It was cold. Then I also got 2 large cheese pizzas with extra cheese. One of the pizzas only had half cheese and the other half nothing! Not to mention neither of the crusts had the garlic flavoring I requested on them!

Requesting a refund.

Total was $28.36

Pizza Hut non delivery of what I ordered and refusal to refund

This is order number 3170910124931001233024581

I ordered the family bone in wing and 2 nacho cheeses and some cheese sticks. This order was supposed to be delivered at 2;35. Instead was delivered after 3:00. I called to check on the order and was given a discount code, and the delivery driver informed me that I may or may not get it. She was very unfriendly. I then checked my order to find out that my nacho was not delivered. I called the store to ask if they could delivery my cheese and I would hope not to have to wait another hour to get it since my food was already cold. They refused to delivery the nacho cheese, which is the only reason I ordered the fries in the first place. She said she would refund me for the cheese. I dont feel like this is good customer service AT ALL.

I also dont think I should have to pay a delivery fee for an incomplete delivery. Secondly, she hung up on me (the MANAGER) and refused to refund me at all. This is UNACCEPTABLE! She mentioned that she doesnt want to deliver to me anymore. The customer service from this branch is appalling. I would like a refund for this order. I would not be able to trust any service from this branch again after this incident.

Pizza Hut service/food

ask for my pizza to be cut in squares and it wasn't and was told by the manager that it was my problem and not theirs and I would just have to do it myself and the will not refund or make me another the way I wanted it. The manager only offer to fixed it after I said I would never ever get anything from that restaurant again and said I was going to call the 1800 number he said which it was 7:30p.m. by then and the kids was hunger and that he would replace it and I will have to return the ones I had. I expect if I'm paying for something that I should get it the way I want it . plus he said maybe I should call the store next time instead of doing it online. worst service I have ever had in the 45 years of my life and would never recommend anyone to ever visit that particular pizza hut.

Pizza Hut restaurant service

I was in the Pizza Hut in Trenton TN, on 9-8-17 at about 4:00 pm. I ordered a pizza and dined in the restaurant. When I went to the counter to pay and leave there was a heavyset black lady working behind the counter. She did not introduce herself or greet me so I cannot tell you her name. She stated she would be at the counter in a minute to ring me up. About 15 minutes later I asked again if I could pay, I needed to leave to be on time for work. She said it would be a minute, and I told her I had been waiting for 15 she said it will be another minute, so I waved and said goodbye (terrible service is not excused for being late to work.) She yelled for someone to get my plate number though I wasn't leaving I sure was trying to expedite the process to pay for my food and be on my way. She then called me a Mother [censored] and I repeated it for your other patrons to hear, so they would know how she feels is ok to talk to customers. I will not return to this location as long as she is there, she portrayed herself as very rude and I do not feel it would be a stretch to receive a tampered with pizza while she was working.
