Pizza hut used my visa on someone elses order, 5375 highway 90, mobile al. I order a personal pan pizza to go and gave my visa card to pay for my order. A few minutes later the manager appears with my card and some cash, and told me they made a mistake and charged someone else’s order on my account. I refused to sign the visa receipt and refused the cash refund. I asked her to cancel the order on my card. She yelled at me it could not be done and I would have to take the cash. I told her that with today’s technology it could be done. She preceded to argue with me and would not let me talk. I told her to give me my visa, and to cancel my order. I drove off with my card, no pizza and someone elses order charged to my account. How stupid to managers think we are as consumers. I have called pizza hut customer service over and over and I am told the district manager will call you…. But he never does.

Beli sup pun, pihak pizzq bg dalam bekas kecil yg bukan bekas pizza. Sungguh menghampakan. Kali ini sy dh hilang sabar dgn pizza changlun kedah.
Called store to xl an online order. I placed a new order over the ph and was told my card was declined twice after repeating my card # two times. I checked my bank acct and let the rep known i had plenty of money and i also saw my card was charged 3 times and reversed. The mgr only offered to charge my card again and did not provide any solution.
I am Damon Merrick. I ordered pizza from 3602 E Thomas Rd. Phx, AZ 85018. I am in Desert Terrace rehab center and my order was delivered to the wrong patient. I have called Pizza Hut and got no where. Now they keep hanging up on me. I am very upset and was looking forward to my pizza. Please have them return my money.
The pizza hut here in my provides the worst service and whats worse is all the employees including the manager are high on drugs. They even do them work and sell them to people either in the bathroom or behind the store where the walk in is. I want to know who I should call about this problem?
I ordered a pizza and decided to complete the server within 7 days of purchase, but there was no servey code on the receipt. I spend a lot of time trying different numbers that were on the receipt. I also googled about how to fill out the servey, but nothing worked. I am very disappointed!
I have been having trouble with the management here and the way crystal treats the employees is ridicoulous and this makes me mad the way she treats them!
I ordered the pizza cookie for delivery and after i already ate a couple pieces i found a white hair in it. it's disgusting and i would like to get my money back. please get back to me asap that was disgusting and unwanted
I went to the Pizzahut in stockbridge today store #031149 the customer service was one of the best I have ever seen, the managerBernard Sims was helpful and had his team on point with everthing. Amazing visit at Pizzahut today.

We check the size of the Large pizza online its 14 inches. The one that we order is just 12 inches. And the slice of the pizza was just 8. I call the customer service and the General Manager talk to me he said that the slice of the Large Pizza was just 8 slice. And i check online its says that 10 slices for large pizza.
Went in to the Garland location off Shiloh .. was talked to rudely by a black female ... believe her name was Tacola ... she reeked of marijuana and was very disrespectful to me and my kids... she just acted as if she didn't care

AND 1 large salad i metiined that i want it to be colslow only and they sent it peas and CHEESE thats the first time to know that CHEESE is salad

My stuffed crust didn't have cheese in the crust my wings was half cooked horrible service. The wings were horrible never have I ordered from pizza but and it was this bad .i spent 26 dollars to be disappointed I don't think I will be buy pizza hut again
When my pizza and garlic bread knots was not hit at all. I had to put in the oven to warm it up. Also my pizza was overcooked . I expect my food when it arrives to be hot. Being that pizzahut is 3 minutes away
These [censored] kept hanging up in my face. I would start talking and they would hang up. I called more than once and the guy would say hello or nothing at all and when I started talking he hung up or put the phone down.
Waiting for an hour for my order and when we tract our order they say the do not have stuff crust so that didn't deliver it. When it said then send me normal one then they say now your order will be delivered. Is this a joke.
Everytime I order a meal, it always ends up cold when it comes to my door. I just wish they cared more about the customers and not their feelings.

I waited a hour for my food and it was horrible call pizza location were I ordered it from they didn't do anything about my order... I asked for a refund and they refused to give me one.
I spend a lot of money at pizza hut and this has happened more then once. It took two and a half hours for my pizza to get here when THEY SAID 30mins. They were rude about it when I called. And my pizza was very cold and not good when it did arrive! I think something needs to be done about this, its [censored]!
This Pizza hut is horrible on all levels.especially employee rudeness, pizza hut corporate should investigate this location the employees hate their jobs and probably themselves.food quality👎 politeness👎no phone no delivery service👎 complaints being resolved👎 shut this location down👍👍👍👍👍
Place is nasty ride and slow. It's so nasty never again.
I always order from pizzahut for delivery. To recieve delivery your order must amount to 9.99 or better so I'll order a drink so my order meets the requirements. I never recieve my drinks but some how always have to pay the full balance of my order.
I am very angry is not the first time this is happen to us and always the same location in Phenix City Al on 280 bypass if this not going to change ya'll going to loose customers ya'll sure lost one in me.

they dint deliver the order..did not refund...cheaters..calle customer care 100 times but they disconnected
we dine in eureka ks 2-3 monthly lunch every table was dirty that was not in use(7) had to ask for drinks 4 times before we got them we are working guys current temp ws 92 & humid terrible service server spent most time in kitchen
The order was late and the guy said it will be here after 30 minutes we waited then the order didn't come so we called to check and they said it won't be delevired
The pizzas all were on crust that proofed tben deflated so they were hard and greesy not tbe fluffy crunch that we chose pizza hut for.and 2 of the pizzas had rotten tomatoes.hope we dont get sick. The girl on phones is rude. Birdneck va beach va 23451 location papa johns never gives me nasty crust or rotten toppings.
The pizza and bread sticks were good the wings tho were bad tasted weird didn't complain but should've paid $8 for nasty wings. She brought the wings out after all our food was gave to us figured she would bring it out with the bread sticks. I have ate best for years

the crust was so hard you couldnt eat it
and the bread sticks were so hard you eat them we returned them she girl said that was the way they are when you order thin crust she re made the pizza and again it was hard and burnt
These are absolutely hollow, I don't see nor taste any cheese. If it's there it is clearly not "stuffed".
Change the delivery fee or use it for the driver who actually delivers the pizza otherwise don't be a greedy corporation. Charging delivery fees to make extra money for yourselves and not for the driver or a charity don't charge one at all.

I did a complaint about my order that i placed on the 27th. My order was not prepared like I asked, it was cold and poor customer service.the manager called but she didn't resolve my issue.
Every time I place a order online at the Pizza Hut located on North Michigan rd in Indianapolis, In they never have anything I ordered.. I don't know if it's because I quit working there or what but the manager always call me saying that they are out of everything I ordered
The pizza is disgusting..its really soggy and topping are falling off its very greasy ..the box is basically full of grease..doesnt look very appealing..we dont even want to eat it ..i wasted money for this. I love pizza hut and always get it but this time is the worst. I'm just going to throw it away
Honestly these pictures speak for themselves. If this is satisfactory service then maybe this restaurant is on strike. I ordered 4 pzones and they appear to be rolled over by a steamroller before delivering it to me.
