Pizza hut used my visa on someone elses order, 5375 highway 90, mobile al. I order a personal pan pizza to go and gave my visa card to pay for my order. A few minutes later the manager appears with my card and some cash, and told me they made a mistake and charged someone else’s order on my account. I refused to sign the visa receipt and refused the cash refund. I asked her to cancel the order on my card. She yelled at me it could not be done and I would have to take the cash. I told her that with today’s technology it could be done. She preceded to argue with me and would not let me talk. I told her to give me my visa, and to cancel my order. I drove off with my card, no pizza and someone elses order charged to my account. How stupid to managers think we are as consumers. I have called pizza hut customer service over and over and I am told the district manager will call you…. But he never does.

I have a video when inquired they said it's there right not to use gloves to make pizza and I will have to eat with all the germs
I order twice and every time they bring the wrong order, they put chicken instead of wedges

We found crystal/ glass type in Pizza.
We are very much regular customer of Pizza hut and very fond of Pizzas. Last night we bought pan Pizza from a delivery layout in Mangaf Kuwait. It was really shocking that in pizza we found some hard stuff while eating Pizza (Picture attached).

Yesterday i go to pizza hut kuala terengganu, Wisma Low Hai Whan, Jalan Sultan Ismail. I order lasagna for take away and all i got is dissappoinment. I can't even eat. The taste was so awful . I don't think i wanna go there anymore like never. Just got a long tiring day at work and hungry like hell and i CAN'T EVEN EAT it.
My order always takes an hour or longer bad delivery experience they always say 30 mins.buts never that early

I got a email told me if I signed up I will get a free pizza but when I did sign up I did not get my free pizza so I call customer service but they was so rude It make me don't ever want to buy from pizza hut nomore so I need some one to fix it I'm not happy with the customer service they did not help me and was yelling at me over the phone
I ordered for take out paid for my pizza and wings and when i got home the pizza was thrown together sloppy it had hardly any toppings and the wings were stone cold this is the worst service i had got from pizza hut very unprofessional my family has always gone to pizza hut and never had a problem until last night
I had the worst experience last night order was 34.99 I gave her $40.00 I didn't get change also when I called her manager she said she gave her 35.00
The driver ate 2 of my wings, we was missing a drink and my pizza didn't have garlic butter blend

The incident happened at 196 and college ave in grand rapids michigan at 8:05 pm. The driver of dark 2 door license plate 9MSE24 ran a red light and almost made me hit him. I honked my horn and flashed my lights he then flipped me off while making an illegal u turn.
I live 6.9 miles away from Pizza Hut, according to Google Maps and they tell me that they don't deliver here. I often am without transportation and prefer Pizza Hut over other places in town. However, they're farther away and will still deliver to me. I'd like to see my Pizza Hut deliver to my address as well.
My wings were dry and hard and my pizza crust was hard and the employee was very rude I ordered medium and i didn't have much sauce they were dry and cooked to hard pizza crust shouldn't be that hard
We ordered online seafood pizza at 2 AM and we surprised that the pizza was very bad with almost no seafood! .. below the photos

I ordered for Hawaian without pineapple but you delivered with pineapple, as my kid is allergic to pineapple, moreover chicken BBQ pizza also not up-to standard, we never expected such substandard service from reputed brand like you. I have been your customer for longtime and this is the first time such bad experience.
This pizza was horrible. Dry hardly no meat! Crust just taste like raw Dough with a bitter taste all 3. If I didn't live so far out and it was close to closing I would've taken it back. Family and friends very unhappy. 26.00 gone to waste.

I ordered 2 pizzas it said it was a 45 minute wate did not receive my pizzas till 2 and a half hours later when they did arrive my two large pizzas was cold not even warm anymore and could not call and complain to the store because my pizzas showed up when they closed at 10 this was a horrible experience
Behind the counter was a customer and when the person came out with an attitude. The phone rang instead of telling the person on the phone I had to wait for (Maribel) name on the I'd badge.
Restaurant manager bersikap kurang ajar dan Tidak menghormati customer. Bercakap dengan kasar dan meninggikan suara pada cuatomer. Bukan sekali restaurant manager bersikap kurang ajar sudah banyak kali. So saya harap tolong Ambil tindakan yang tegas Bagi mengatasi masalah ni Tidak berulang lagi pada masa akan datang terima kasih

The pizza was hard and was thin as a potato chip
Diner is dirty no tissues family entrance locked bad service salads poor quality place is not suitable to be a diner at all. Very bad reputation for pizza hot.

frist i told her that i want i nife, she look at me with very bad and angry face she look very angry from my order i just want a nife, after this i told her that i need a super supreme pizza but she wan reading some this i think its book she told me that it's not signal for bay when i see after five minutes some vilibine people like her she Lough with them and bay with no problems she have also very very bad history with our friends they all hate to come to this branch because of this

I just want to say your employee was very sweet, and patient! Her name was Sara she tried her best to help everyone as fast as she could while being the only one working up front along with answering phones.
The staff is very non co operative . The delivery boy has no geographical idea of the area . Its been more than one hour since i ordered the pizza .
I placed a order for delivery. I ordered a Hershey chocolate chip cookie along with pizza. Took a bite out of it and it was burnt! I called the store and they was very rude about it! It pissed me off😤 I will never spend my hard earned money with this Pizza Hut ever again🤬

I placed a "simple" order online on June 13, 2019 at 12:58 from the store located on Queens blvd. and 63rd Drive, Queens, NY... my food was delivered at 2:20pm ice cold and the store is 4 blocks from my job. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service.

Pan pizza was horrible. Dough was under cooked all the wrong topping cheese burnt which was strange since dough was under cooked. Manager had the nerve to say toe these things happen. What can you do. Hopefully next time we get it right for you? Excuse me! Confused...
Why won't some file class action law suit to stop Pizza Hut from ripping off customers for this unlawful Service Fee ?
My name is Amit Soni and I dine in in the pizza hut, Dwarka more, Delhi were I face.lots of problems with them.
1.Air conditioning not working
2.Sttaf was not fully managed
3. Order which I placed not given properly to me.

The pizza was cold and my toppings werent even right i got sausage when beef was my choice and ham on the other i wanted pepperoni immmediate remake or refund or ill put a complaint into main hq
