Our flight was cancelled because of a black out period as per the airline. We contacted customer service. They apologized and said not to worry, they would fix everything. They came back and said they could rebook us on the same flight, but it would cost us an extra U$1,500 each. When I complained for them charging us for their error, they said fine, the offer is no longer available. And, that our booking would automatically cancel and we would get no refund. When we called back in, we we're told they could give us a refund but, we had to pay a penalty of $500 for canceling.
