Navia Logistics Freight forwarding

Had an airfreight come from a supplier in China and Navia Logistics was the agent in Australia.

After calling a few times about my airfreight nobody answered the phone.
I then sent an email that nobody answered.
I received a bill of over AUD5000.00 for 15kgs and called them again.
I spoke to a lady and I was informed the airfreight had gone into storage due to no contact.
I explained I had rang quite a few times and emailed the company.
She advised that email was not being monitored due to staff annual leave.
I explained I could not afford this for 15kgs and she proceeded to explain without payment of the full 5000.00 she would not release my stock. I did not get anywhere with management or anybody in the company and ultimately had to pay for my stock all over again and lose an order. Do not use this company they really do not care and there is just too many people blaming other people in the business. Not a reliable option
