I was born December 1968 and prescribed Tetracycline as a small child. When my permanent teeth began to emerge they showed the resultant damage of the Pfizer drug, Tetracycline. They were darkly stained gray and had deep groves that striped them. I suffered the taunts of children and was shunned by adults through elementary, middle school and high school. My grandparents noticed the mental toll it took on me and paid for veneers with money they did not have, but had to finance in the 1980's. Unfortunately, veneers then were rudimentary, yet with the expense still did not last. They cracked and presented worse. In my adult life the expense of getting veneers prevented a new application. This is what you can see and the intangible mental anguish of an ugly smile. But, even deeper is the broken bones suffered over the years starting in my teens. Non traumatic instances of severe broken bones that left me disabled for months at a time. A tibia in my teens, a tip of my elbow in my early 30s and a shattered ankle in my 40s. The last 2 were surgically repaired. I suffer from depression and audioimmune disorders. I attribute all of these to this drug. Based on various forums I have viewed over the years this is a widespread issue that Pfizer is aware of. Please assist those you have injured over decades.
Recommendation: Avoid using products manufactured by Pfizer as they cannot be trusted with your health and wellbeing.
