PetSmart review: injured dog while grooming

My German shepherd was at the Lawnside New Jersey Petsmart for grooming. He was at that location from 11 to 3:30 in the afternoon. Upon arriving to pick him up the grooming manger Aimee told me he had a small spot with brush burn. When my dog was brought out He had brush burn so bad that he was bleeding! The brush burn covered 1/2 of his body including his hip area. This is animal cruetly! to the worth extend... The manger left and then waited for Vet that didn't show no help from them! Call 911 to report them and let police see my dog...
