I made an order from Natinal Animal Hospital for a refill of my pet's medication on August 28th, 2017. My credit card was charged and I was excited to receive the medication for my furry friend. However, it has now been three weeks and we still haven't received the order. I have sent repeated e-mails and phone call messages, but unfortunately, they have gone unanswered. To make matters worse, I can't even access the website anymore. It won't let me on. It's a real shame because we had been dealing with this company for a few years now and everything was always good. In fact, we even received an e-mail in July from the company reminding us that it was time to re-order. We placed the order and then everything went downhill all of a sudden.

I really wish somebody from the company could just send a mass e-mail to the customers explaining what happened. Even if they had to go out of business, it would be nice to know. It's not fair to just vanish and leave us in the dark. I understand that things happen, but communication is key. It's frustrating to be left wondering what happened to our order and why we can't even access the website anymore.

Overall, I am disappointed with the lack of communication and service from Sierra Pet Meds. I hope they can resolve these issues and regain the trust of their customers.

They charged my credit card right away, but I haven't gotten any updates or anything. Every time I call, I'm told that "ALL representatives are busy" and then the call gets answered by some answering service. I asked them for the name of the answering service, but they wouldn't tell me. I also asked to speak with their supervisor, but they said there wasn't one! Can you believe that? I even asked if this animal hospital was real and they said they didn't know! I'm so frustrated and angry right now. As soon as the Attorney General's office in Hawaii opens today, I'm going to file a complaint with the Fraud Division. I'm also going to call my credit card company to cancel the payment. I just want to warn everyone to BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give them a negative rating, but the lowest option was a 1.

However, this time around, I was disappointed with the service I received. It's now 10/08 and I still haven't received my medication. I reached out to their sales office via email after two weeks, but I didn't receive a response. I tried again after three weeks and still didn't receive a response. I even emailed them a couple of weeks ago, but still no response. I'm frustrated that I haven't received my medication and that my inquiries have gone unanswered.

To make matters worse, I wasn't asked to create an account with a user ID and password during my first order, but now I can't access the site without one. I tried to find the Sierra Pet Meds site, but I couldn't locate it. I'm not sure if they went out of business or what's going on. If you're thinking about ordering from them, I suggest doing some research first or just going somewhere else.

I ordered from Sierra Pet Meds, which was supposedly located in Hawaii. However, when I checked my bank statement, the address showed Delaware and the number was ***303. I'm not sure if this is the same company or not, but I plan on calling the number on Monday to find out. Something seems fishy here, and I'm out almost $60. He was very polite and seemed genuinely concerned about my problem, which was having trouble with my local clinic at the local dog shelter. The workers at the clinic kept giving me the run-around and leaving me unassured as to whether the medication would be authorized or not. From the clinic, I heard such things as, "that doctor no longer works here" even though the doctor herself had told me she had just started working there. They told me numerous times that the doctor was in surgery and would call back which the doctor never did.

I was told that the order had been placed on the doctor's desk and then later told they never got the order/fax. Finally, I went down to the clinic myself where the director Dee seemed unconcerned with my problem and started telling me, "I am upset with the doctor because they should not be treating any dogs for Cushing's Disease." I pointed out to her that after approximately $250 worth of tests and a diagnosis being made it was a little late to decide they did not want to treat my dog.

I told her that Lulu had been diagnosed not this week, but the previous week and the doctor had assured me that medication would be ordered and I would be notified when it arrived. After almost a week, I called them and was told that not only had it not been ordered, but that they were under an ordering freeze and I would have to order it myself which I did yesterday. Today was when I got the run around as to whether the order/fax had arrived and the doctor authorized it. Dee, the director of the shelter told me that it had been ordered and not to be concerned. When I got home I called Sierra Pet Meds and was told the order/fax had still not been authorized.

This is when Brian called the clinic/shelter talked to someone there and had my order approved over the phone. He then called me and advised me of the order status and helped me expedite shipping. Our pets can become like family members and their well-being can be of great concern. Brian was the only one of the people I interacted with that actually showed that he was concerned about my plight and helped me. For that, I think he should be commended. Sierra Pet Meds is a great company that truly cares about their customers and their pets. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of pet medications.

I don't know, maybe I'm just being too picky, but I feel like a company that claims to care about animals should be a little more on top of things. I was polite and firm with everyone I spoke to, but they still treated me like a hassle. It's not like I was asking for anything unreasonable, I just wanted what I paid for.

Finally, on January 5th, they resent the order. But it's now January 13th and I still haven't received it. I checked the tracking number again and saw that it was sent to the wrong zip code and forwarded to another town. I hope I get it someday! I tried to let them know what happened, but they never responded. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

I was surprised that this wasn't mentioned before I made the purchase. I reached out to them to ask about it and they asked for a photo, even though they should know what they're selling. I sent them a photo and we started to negotiate how many chews I could use before they expire. They said they could "work with me" by giving me one chew store credit. After some back and forth, we agreed on a third of the cost refunded.

To make matters worse, the chews were poorly packaged and the blister packs were squished. This made me worry that the chews might be broken inside. I'm not sure if this is a decent way to sell our pet's medicines. It's up to you to decide.

I gotta say, I'm not one to write reviews but this company, Sierra Pet Meds, was just plain awful. I mean, it took them over 5 weeks to get my dog's medication to me after they charged my credit card for over $400! And let me tell you, trying to get a hold of them was like trying to catch a greased pig - impossible! They never answered their phone, except for maybe once or twice when an answering service picked up, and they never once called me back.

Now, they did send me an email saying that the drugs had shipped almost right away, but when I checked the USPS tracking, it showed that they never even took possession of the package. What the heck, right? So, after waiting a couple of weeks, I started sending them emails and calling them like crazy. Finally, they sent me an email saying that the drug was on backorder but would be in the next day and sent via priority mail. But guess what? Nothing happened!

I had to keep calling and emailing them, and it was just a huge headache. Finally, after what felt like an eternity, we got our prescription. I mean, I'm giving them 2 stars because at least we finally got what we paid for, but I'm definitely not going to use them again. It was just too much of a hassle, and I don't have time for that kind of nonsense.
