I recently had an experience with Sierra Pet Meds and I must say, it was a pleasant one. I needed a receipt for my dog's insurance and they were able to provide it to me without any hassle. It's a shame that not all businesses can be as helpful as Sierra Pet Meds.

I've had some bad experiences with other pet-related businesses, like National Animal Hospital. Those clowns wouldn't even listen to me when I asked for a receipt. I tried to be polite, but it didn't work. So, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Honolulu and I'm also filing a complaint with Hawaii's Attorney General. I hope this will put an end to National Animal Hospital's shady practices. I mean, the word 'fraud' tends to get the attention of the State Attorney General, right?

Anyway, back to Sierra Pet Meds. They were able to provide me with the receipt I needed and I didn't have to jump through any hoops to get it. It's refreshing to deal with a business that actually cares about its customers. I'll definitely be using Sierra Pet Meds again in the future.

I put in an order for some pet meds from Sierra Pet Meds on March 7, 2017. They charged my credit card the same day and sent me an email with a USPS tracking number. I was excited to get my order, but when I checked the tracking number on March 13, 2017, it said that the shipping label had been created and that USPS was still waiting for the item. I was starting to get worried, so I tried calling Sierra Pet Meds four times, but each time I got an answering service. I also sent them three emails, but I haven't gotten a reply yet. It's like their customer service doesn't even exist! I even tried contacting National Animal Hospital, but they were no help either. It's really frustrating when you're trying to take care of your pets and you can't even get a hold of the people who are supposed to be helping you.

Ordered medicine from Sierra Pet Meds over 2 weeks ago. Had a written prescription from vet, but it took a week for NAH to call and tell me that vet had not responded to fax request. Sent the written script and it took another week to tell me that it was shipped. However, when I checked the tracking info from USPS, it didn't appear that they even received it from NAH yet. In the meantime, I was supposed to be doing the loading dose for this horse every 4 days. It's frustrating!

I had a really bad experience with Sierra Pet Meds. I had ordered some stuff for my furry friend and they said it was shipped. But when I checked the tracking number, it showed that only a label was created and it was never actually mailed. I called them multiple times to get an update on my order, but nobody ever called me back. I was really frustrated and annoyed.

I kept calling them for several days in a row, but all I got was the same response from the rep - "Somebody will call you back with the status". But nobody ever did. It was really disappointing and unprofessional. Finally, on my last call, I asked them to cancel my order. The rep confirmed that it was cancelled, but guess what? Four days later, they shipped the item that I had requested to be cancelled. I was so angry and upset because I had already shopped elsewhere.

I would never ever purchase anything from Sierra Pet Meds again. Their customer service is terrible and they don't care about their customers. It was a complete waste of my time and money. I would highly recommend that you avoid this website at all costs.

I made an order on Sierra Pet Meds and my credit card was charged, but I never got my product. I called to see what was going on and the customer service person didn't help me at all. They said they put in a "ticket" to get my product shipped, but it never came. I waited for weeks and still nothing. I called again and while I was on the phone with customer service, I got an email saying that my order couldn't be filled and that the transaction would be voided from my statement. But I still haven't gotten my money back. This place is a total joke! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I'm really disappointed with the whole experience.

Sierra Pet Meds is a shop that I've used a few times now. I have to say, sometimes it's a hit and sometimes it's a miss. If you're looking for something that's over the counter, then this shop might be worth checking out. However, if you're in need of something important and you need it right away, then I wouldn't recommend it.

One time, I received my medication in the mail, but the next time I didn't. From what I've heard, Sierra Pet Meds gets some great evaluations and some terrible ones for the same reason. It seems that sometimes it depends on how fast the vet sends them the order. Some vets take forever, but in my case, I know that wasn't the issue.

I put in an order on December 31st, knowing that it was a holiday weekend and all. I didn't expect it to be shipped until January 2nd or 3rd. But then I got an email saying it was sent on January 2nd. So I went to track it, but the tracking number didn't work. I tried to contact them, but didn't hear back for a few days. Finally, on January 5th, they resent the order. But it's now January 13th and I still haven't received it. I checked the tracking number again and saw that it was sent to the wrong zip code and forwarded to another town. I hope I get it someday! I tried to let them know what happened, but they never responded. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

I've been a customer of Sierra Pet Meds for a long time now. I've never had any issues with them until my last order. On September 22nd, I received chews that had an expiry date of December 2022. I was surprised that this wasn't mentioned before I made the purchase. I reached out to them to ask about it and they asked for a photo, even though they should know what they're selling. I sent them a photo and we started to negotiate how many chews I could use before they expire. They said they could "work with me" by giving me one chew store credit. After some back and forth, we agreed on a third of the cost refunded.

To make matters worse, the chews were poorly packaged and the blister packs were squished. This made me worry that the chews might be broken inside. I'm not sure if this is a decent way to sell our pet's medicines. It's up to you to decide.

Despite this experience, I'm still a loyal customer of Sierra Pet Meds. I hope they can improve their packaging and communication in the future.

I gotta say, I'm not one to write reviews but this company, Sierra Pet Meds, was just plain awful. I mean, it took them over 5 weeks to get my dog's medication to me after they charged my credit card for over $400! And let me tell you, trying to get a hold of them was like trying to catch a greased pig - impossible! They never answered their phone, except for maybe once or twice when an answering service picked up, and they never once called me back.

Now, they did send me an email saying that the drugs had shipped almost right away, but when I checked the USPS tracking, it showed that they never even took possession of the package. What the heck, right? So, after waiting a couple of weeks, I started sending them emails and calling them like crazy. Finally, they sent me an email saying that the drug was on backorder but would be in the next day and sent via priority mail. But guess what? Nothing happened!

I had to keep calling and emailing them, and it was just a huge headache. Finally, after what felt like an eternity, we got our prescription. I mean, I'm giving them 2 stars because at least we finally got what we paid for, but I'm definitely not going to use them again. It was just too much of a hassle, and I don't have time for that kind of nonsense.
