On September 17, 2026 I took my car to the Pep Boys location in Chicago Ridge Illinois. I just had a great deal of front suspension worked done on my car and needed to align my two week old tires were damaged by my alignment. I simply asked that the rear tires be put on the front so the front end could be aligned the counterman at Pep Boys refused to do so. He said it was against a company policy, so I asked to see the policy and he said he didn’t know where it was so obviously he was just making up things as he went along. Needless to say I did not have any services performed and I would warn anyone else in the future for me stopping at Pep Boys in Chicago Ridge Illinois.
