I bought a part from PRO Import Tuners for $400
I bought a part from PRO Import Tuners for $400. It never worked from day one. They refused to refund me and said the manufacturer was responsible. I called the manufacturer and they said the seller was responsible. Either way, they don't back up their warranty or return policy.

I wrote a review on Google that explains everything that went down. Don't bother, seriously! Keep your money because these guys are just out to keep it for themselves! I bought an Injen intake for my 2012 Subaru Impreza Limited 2.0. The car was running fine until I installed the intake. Suddenly, the car lost a ton of power. I took it to a mechanic who told me that the maf (mass air flow) couldn't handle the increased air flow from the intake, so it didn't know how much fuel to mix. I removed the part and put back the original OEM intake with the maf, and the car ran fine again.
I reached out to Surgeline in Portland and Cobb Tuning for some advice, and they both confirmed that there is no open source tuning available for the base Impreza motor (2.0). So, I decided to contact Pro Import Tuners to get a refund. They responded with a sorry excuse, saying that since I installed it and their catalog says it's compatible with my car, they won't give me a refund. Oh, and by the way, all of this communication was through email. They refuse to talk on the phone and always redirect you to email. And guess what? They didn't even respond to my first email until I called them. I explained everything that happened, and their response was to tell me to contact the manufacturer for a warranty claim. Can you believe it? They sell parts that don't work for your vehicle and then refuse to give you a refund. Good luck dealing with them, you'll need it.

This website has terrible customer service
This website has terrible customer service. I ordered a set of lowering springs for my vehicle and called customer service to confirm my order. While I was placing the order, the salesperson told me I needed a camber kit as well, so I agreed. However, when I installed the springs, my alignment technician informed me that I also needed a camber kit. I contacted customer service to request a return, but they informed me that the return process could only be done through email. Despite several attempts to communicate, I was unsuccessful in resolving the issue. They refused to send me a prepaid RMA and insisted that I had to pay for shipping, even though they had already charged me for shipping at the time of purchase. Additionally, they wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee for the return, even though the item was unused and unopened. I would advise staying away from this website if you don't want to deal with the headache.
