AND YES I AM HISPANIC AND I DO HAVE THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN...I AM A USA CITIZENNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
When placing order we ordered MILD wings - when the order was delivered they gave us HOT wings. When we called to let them know that they delivered hot wings and not the mild wings, we were then told they do not have mild wings. They said they could not refund the money, but did not offer to send something else or offer a discount on the next order. I then asked for the store managaer (since the asst. manager could not assist me) the store manager refused to speak with me and they directed me to the area manager, and she (Sue) is not returning my call. I have asked her to call twice in the past 24 hours.
They advertise customer satisfaction - what does that mean? If you are not satified they do nothing to make things correct?
I called to order a pizza and the person that answered the phone and asked me what I wanted was VERY rude!...
So my boyfriend and I ordered pizza at about 1:00 in the afternoon. The pizza came quickly and it was hot, however, the driver as he was leaving slammed right into my car! The only reason I knew about this was because my neighbor was outside and saw it happen! When the driver saw her he stopped, got out of the car and said, "no hit, no hit." When she went over to inspect the damage there was a huge dent and scratch in my car. So she knocked on the door and I proceeded to call the police. We called papa johns to ask them to send the driver back. 15 mins later he still did not return so the police decided to stop by the store. After 30 mins my boyfriend called again, explained what happened and the guy on the phone was rude and said the guy was on his way. 45 mins later my boyfriend called again and they actually hung up on him! So not only did their delivery driver slam into my car and drive away, but now the store was being rude and hung up on us! I mean this is really unbelievable. I filed a complaint online and I have still not heard back from them. My next step is to call corporate, hopefully they will do something about this because word of mouth advertising is what makes and breaks a business. As far as I am concerned I will NEVER EVER order pizza from papa johns AGAIN!
Recently my husband tried to purchase a pizza at Papa Johns with a coupon.
No where on the coupon could you determine for sure when the off expired. It only said a limited time in very, very small print. In some places it said 30 days and the date was 5/30/08 on some.
And one other complaint is why can they not cook the dough done all the way through?
We should be grateful for customers!!! It is a treat for us to buy "take out" these days.
We need to wake up and visit the real world.
My complain is that about a week ago I order a papa johns specialty pizza that they had as an offer which it was 12.99 and a two liter coke, it was for delivery totla came out to be 18.97, checking my bank statement today they over charged me, they charged me 23.97, five dollars extra, when i called i spoke to a gentleman who said it was probably a tip amont???? which i never put a tip on the receipt.. I explained to him that, and now they are trying to see what they are going to do, if they dont honor me my money ill sue them.
On 01/19/08 I placed an order with my local Papa John's pizza to deliver one large 3 topping pizza, one...
I started working at papa johns in chelmsford mass on oct 25 2007 with 30 hrs a week, i was hired for full...
I recently filed an employee application out at a Papa Johns Pizza in Memphis TN. to deliver pizza. They asked for proof of insurance and I provided it for them. Problem is: They do not tell prospective drivers that they're (The Drivers) not covered by non commercial personal car insurance if an accident occurs during a delivery. In fact the manager told me I should not have mentioned where I would be working to my insurer and as well told me that he/she is encouraged not to tell applicants that personal car insurance will not cover the drivers if they are involved in an accident. Quite deceptive of them to do this. Maybe it should have been obvious to me but they certainly make a point of not mentioning it to new delivery drivers. Why even ask for proof of insurance if it is not worth a dime to delivery drivers? Again a deceptive move on Papa Johns Pizza. I will never again order a pizza and have it delivered from them being that I would feel like I am encouraging this unsavoury business practice.

I am appalled about the treatment that I received at the Damascus & Clarcksburg Papa John’s. They are rude and inconsiderate! My step daughter had a job interview today that she could not make, and when she called the store some pompous, arrogant fellow was disrespectful and offensive. He claimed that she was someone who he apparently did not like at first and not to call the store again. She tried to explain to him that she did not know whom or what he was speaking of, he gave an unsympathetic tone WITH NO APOLOGY! Then when she explained to him to tell the manager who had told her to come in for an interview he had the nerve to raise his voice. At this moment, I was furious and still am. How dare he have that kind of a temper with someone who is trying to work there? He then said that HE was the “GM” of the store and that he should have been the one doing the interviewing and what not. That was it, I told her that she could find a much better job and that we will never do any type of business with Papa John’s ever again. I have also explained to some of my friends what happened and they agree that they have had issues involving the person calling himself the “GM” with no other name.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE!!!
Around 12am, CDT early 09/09/07, I ordered an X-large, with pepperoni and mushrooms, with a side order of garlic sticks. The Papa Johns location didn't close until 2am. They informed me it would be an 1.5 hours before the driver could get to me. I gave them my credit card info and the order went through. I waited for almost 2 hours. The driver arrived at the gate. However, the gate closed. So, the driver appeared to be looking up my code. I was standing outside waiting. Then the driver turned around and took off. The management didn't even call me to tell me the driver was present. The employees or management never called me to inform me of the driver's status. I was treated like dirt. To anyone, in the Birmingham area, don't order any pizza from Papa Johns. They will do you like they did me.

I was appalled yesterday when I viewed my credit report and saw a charge for $25 in collections. After researching (calling Security Check), I discovered that it was for a check written in 2003 in TX when visiting. The check was apparently declined for whatever reason, I would not remember, but cleared a second time. So your company apparently charged a $25 check fee, but the check was not returned, it cleared the second time and was paid! I have not had experiences like this but maybe twice in my 44 years, but I would think that a fee would be charged if no money was collected??? The (rude) person at Security Check said that a letter was sent to our PO Box at MCChord Air Force Base to notify us of this, but obviously we never received it. We may have been deployed at the time, I honestly wouldn't remember. So 4 YEARS LATER, we have the misfortune of seeing it on our credit report as a collection, which must have recently been added because we check it often. Please tell me, if you could research and locate the information to file a credit discrepancy, why couldn't a more thorough system of contact be made? Or, maybe give the person the benefit of the doubt? So basically, your company ruined my credit, which caused my home equity to be declined, and all for a stupid $25 fee, and you still got your pizza money. This in my opinion is illegal, or should be. How and why do you feel the need to take advantage of people this way? Is it in your nature to try and get your extra buck any way you can, even if it means hurting them? I have lost absolute and complete respect for your chain and will NEVER purchase from you again. Also, I on a consumer complaint system on the internet, so that other people will be forewarned about the business practices of your company and how you want to cheat them.
My family and I ordered from Papa Johns Store At 4535 Falls Road tonight almost $30 worth of food. I had...
