I buy 10 of the same instant ticket (1 out of 4) what a crock! Big $0 on all 10. I buy 7 of the paper instant progressive $0
What a rip off I just got the elderly are getting"something" out of it. IDK I have 3 parents still alive 87, 88 and 88 yrs old. I don't see them getting anything. I'm sure it's supposed to be something you don't outwardly see right now they don't see it anywhere!
