Password didn't work and reset acct option never sent(checked spam etc) they have my acct since I ordered and received item. Cust service - 40 minutes to answer call! Gave her order number and she couldn't get into system and said she had to reset her side and call me back. said she would send reset email. Hasn't happened! Is this fraud? called BBB phone number and they resolved return after I told them I wasn't hanging up until someone with Overstock helped me with the return. They promptly sent a return label for shipping. they still couldn't resolve the login issue. both of the reps were excellent as far as response goes! . I blame the company that is not providing them with the proper resources to do their job, nor enough employees for customers waiting nor the technical expertise to help resolve the password reset issue.
Claimed loss: waiting to see how the return works now.
Desired outcome: 1.Solve the reset password issue. 2.Hire enough customer service people to answer calls timely. 3. Make sure you have technical resources to ensure assistance with system issues and resolving technical issues.
