Outback Steakhouse review: Waitress /orders

We came to your facility in Medford Oregon on our anniversary, originally no one was in the front to seat people. Then when we were seated in the bar, we ordered some drinks and a couple of appetizers. We got our drinks and appetizers in a timely manner and ordered our food when appetizers came. I had also ordered another drink but did not get it and waited n waited n still no drink by then husband was irritated and felt like we were being avoided as we are a bi-racial couple. When we were getting up to leave my drink finally showed up, but our order never came. I did not drink the drink I was charged for and my husband went to pay for the two drinks we originally got and for the appetizers, but I think they charged for the drink that I did not drink due to fact that our items were not received within a timely manner. When you order another drink, it does not take that long for the drink to arrive, but after waiting for more than 10 minutes or more for a drink is not good service from waitress when you're not that busy. Feel like our drinks and appetizer should have been comped due to lack of service from the waitress. Husband stated that it was a racial gesture for our items to not be brought out in a timely manner. Husband left his appetizer there that was boxed up, and we left after paying the bill due to fact he was not happy, and we had to pay for a meal elsewhere.
