This company has very poor customer service. After raising our trash pickup rates mid-year without any notice and constantly overbilling us, we cancelled our service on 28-Dec-2021. After 9 weeks, the company still has not picked up the trash bin. Each email or phone call we are told it will be picked up soon. Today (28-Feb-2022), their email replies inform us they don't know when they will be able to pick up their trash can.
