Telephoned the company to get the name of the hotel PRIOR to going because from what I'm reading the hotels that they set up are old run down hotels. The girl that I spoke with was extremely rude and stated that I owe her an apology for telling her that my certificate was 4 days and 3 nights instead of 3 days 2 nights. There is no way I would travel 6 hours for 2 nights. I asked to speak with a manager and the same girl came back to the phone.
Asked that they send me my $50 back and she stated I would get the refund instructions sent to me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.
Desired outcome: refund of $50 deposit
