R.J. Reynolds review: Vuse alto golden tobacco 5% pods

This ongoing problem started occurring in 2020 with a burnt taste in some 5% Golden Tobacco individual pods. Also, some even that appears okay but after vaping the individual pod a few times are not. Some are in the 2 pack, and some are in the 4 pack products. Some of these pods are very dark, some look normal, but they taste burnt! These pods are not consumable! We have contacted Vuse in the past and they have requested and provided packaging in order to send them back in. They have given coupons as well. However, the problem with this product has not been resolved? We tried to reach out to the Quality control department and were told there was no phone number or a way to converse with them? We need a solution to this Quality control issue. Currently, we have 14 whole unused pods and 6 partial pods that are three-fourths to about one-half full of the liquid that is all unusable!
