A home owner with Easton park town homes located in carol stream. For the past two years we have been told about an assessment to fix our roofs, garage headers, and vinyl siding. No further info such as cost, timeline, selection of engineers have been determined. I have been trying to sell my home for the past 6 months. Not knowing the cost of upcoming assessment buyers are not investing in our beautiful homes. We have tried to contact and get answers no answers are given. Owners like me are left in the big debts and sleepless nights with our families.
