in 2021 april I placed an order with Nebra for 5 miners for over $2000 it was a pre order to be delivered in june-july 2021. Nebra was one of just 4 manufacturers for these very high demand miners. They were all out of stock and resale value of these when my order was promised. was upwards of $10,000 on ebay. Since I placed my order with nebra, over 600,000 units have been produced and joined the network. All sharing the same pool of rewards as the 20,000 that were on board when I ordered. now you earn a few hundred that was a few thousand then. I have conservatively lost $20,000 in earnings from the 5 miners since july. The company has been absolute nightmare. taking 4 or 5 days to respond to messages with odd unhelpful answers rather than information regarding order progress. during this time nebra sold a million worth of orders without the means to supply them. while the other manufacturers have fufilled orders and taken more nebra is silent. they rarely update their blog despite pleas for transparency and progrerss from thousands. mind you when I contacted them 90 days after the order they were not processing it because it was flagged as high risk transaction though they could not say why. I provided all the documentation which is standard to verify identity and a few extra items even because its important I want no problems. still they said not enough. I even sent copy of statement showing the charge and picture of card, id, ssn card. they still wanted more so I sent passport. now they said fine. over the 10 months they have allowed several deadlines to pass not meeting self quotas and bald face lying. they have been on finishing batcch 3 work on four since august. they provide no updates or transparency and email replies pretty unhelpful and rude. they will not even speculate as to when they will ship. yet they have developed and began producing 2 new products however. One major distributor did blanket cancellations for thousands of orders long ago. as well as countless individual cancellations yet the time is now further out than the original wait time. their machines also were being shipped inoperable theres no QC. I found a distributor a couple moths ago selling 100 surplus units nebra suprised them with so they had not presold. we had been speculating that the reason nebra wasnt filling orders was that they are actually selling the stock they produced ignoring the prepaid orders in the que. Now there are other manufactures with ready stock on hand so I want a refund but they havent updated the status blog for 7 weeks after promising weekly projects. when they do post its just unrealistic promises and excuses. They have been offering "full" refunds however. I ask for this finally fed up and ready to buy diffrent brand. I explain that after so long ive had dispute with card and acct is closed, that I have active account under same name same address where I will need funds refunded that I dont authorize refund to this account as I have hostile relationship regarding a dispute and my funds will be lost. they tell me that is the only way wait or take refund that way. then proceed to just close out my messages with no reply. this is very upsetting. I ask for the terms of service no less than 10 times so that I can begin litigation. they have not provided [censored]. the reply was actually that if im filing suit then shes refunding through the channel that I was begging them not too and told them via email that I would lose the funds if they did this. I was told that that is exactly what was happening as result of my "relentless" emailing in reaction to their just cancelling support tickets without replying. So out of spite ffor their own incompetence they intentionnally refund me to bad account. all documented on email. Furthermore after holding over $2000 for nearly a year they refunded me just 60% of my purchase and sent it where they know I cannot access it also. I am ukrainian and needed to send this money to family now to help with emergency. they have nothing left. now thanks to this deplorable business I have not $1 to send. and they are again just cancelling my contact tickets. I am in usa they are uk jacqui moore is the cow who did this. she is customer service at pisupply which is probably the company they are transitioning to after the nebra fraud.

Desired outcome: I want them to recover the funds they sent out, provide me the full refund Im owed. and settle for my lost earnings from 5 miners since july 2021.

same thing happen to me ask for refund all they did is give me the run around and tell me contact my credit card knowing dam well its been over a year if you know anywhere i can file complain in the UK or toward Helium please let me know or the Uk fraud department.
