Traffica Management Technologies review: Employment

Good afternoon

I am a lady looking for advice. I was approached to apply for a vaccancy at my workplace which was account Payable and the following day was my interview, i passed the interview and I was told to start the following week mind you I told them I don't have experience but I will need training. I was at the department from the 24th January until the 10th February they told me the first week was probation than they will see, the following week I asked my contact as the probation week was finish mind you I was not getting proper training as people where still working from on the 10th the told me I was not suitable as I had no experience so I think I was treated unfairly as I did not get a proper training and the people where at. For future if such thing should happen what should I do and they never paid me.
