Never received items, but it shows "delivered".

I now have 3 items that were not delivered to me!

It shows delivered on the tracking but this is not correct. It only happened with these strange tracking numbers:

Items with these tracking numbers don't arrive at my house. NO help and I cannot communicate with customer service because it states "delivered" (with deliver times in the evening when couriers don't work anymore)

The local post office don't know these tracking numbers because they don't exist!

Desired outcome: No items and money lost
