Sunstate Association Management Group review: Management of neighborhood hoa board

Sunstate Management is the management company for Creekwood Townhomes HOA. They do not respond to email and phone call requests. Have been trying to have them complete simple tasks such as changing my mailing address and adding me to email list. More recently I have inquired as to whether a code of conduct exists for board members as the last meeting 2/16/22) was extremely contentious and unprofessional with board members using profanity when addressing homeowners and arguments almost resulting in a fist fight with board member and his spouse actually leaving their seat to approach a homeowner. I have sent several emails just inquiring about a code of conduct and have been ignored. Also, there are allegations of a personal friendship between the property manager and the president of the HOA which seems like it would be a conflict of interest. I want an answer regarding the code of conduct and if one is not in place, would like it on the next agenda and also an investigation into any improper relationship between property manager and board president. Also want confirmation of my address change.
