I purchased a connected 3 unit smoke and carbon monoxide detector from X Sense in 2021. one of the units quit working so we contacted them in June to get a replacement. They said that it was a faulty unit and they would replace it. I am still waiting for the replacement and have emailed them several times about it. I am still waiting. I would not recommend X Sense products to anyone they do not stand behind their product.
