Nomakolwa Kholosa Gumatana review: Unresolved contract since 2014

Hi I have filled a complaint last year even and was never resolved. I had several contracts with Virgin Active and in 2018 when I wanted to renew my contract I was told that I have a previous contract that am owing. I tried to dispute it and with no win. In 2021 I wanted to join again and was told am listed under owing people. I am still surprised that this was no taken off my name.

And to my surprised I was told about this other contract after I have had two more contracts after 2014. And the contract existed because, when I went to enquire in 2014. A VA representative opened an account on my name and was not even aware that I was enrolled as a member.
