I am extremely disappointed in Bauer and the integrity of your company. If a $400 dollar hockey stick doesn’t even last 30 days and you are not willing to stand behind your product that is completely unacceptable. I will be taking this further. I am a single mom who doesn’t have money to throw away on poor quality products. I work very hard for my money and will not ever waste it on anything Bauer in the future. Before I go to the better business bureau and go online anywhere I can to rate your company and customer service I would like to speak with someone in a management position there as when I phoned in originally I was told that Bauer would help out in some way. What a disappointment!

Regrettably, replacement sticks are not eligible for a replacement as the warranty policy is a one-time replacement only policy and replacement sticks do not come with any warranty. Due to the aggressive nature of this high-contact sport, there is no telling how or when a stick will break. There are many factors that can contribute to breakages from the flex being used not being best suited to the size and weight of the player, the model being used may not be best suited to the style of play, the storage and handling of the stick, the game conditions, etc. Participation in this sport does imply acceptance of some risk of breakages occurring. Stick are unfortunately not break resistant and can sustain breakages and other damages just like any other equipment.
We are very sorry, as replacement sticks are not warrantied and the warranty obligation has already been fulfilled, your stick is not eligible for a 2nd replacement. Bauer does not refund or reimburse any consumers, the warranty is stick replacement only within the warranty parameters.
