Omg omg how dare you.! st off im a senoir citizen over 70 yrs of age.

Whats more mortifying & horrendous is I have been a customer for over 50 years with you people. So much for loyalty. Just because I have been late? or missed a monthly payment?

I have been a model cutomer with an excellent payment history thru-out the many many years.50 50 years I have been a customer... I forgot to pay a monthly bill! maybe because

my sister died, my brother died. My 11yrold niece got cancer & died. Ive been in the hospital. And im old & maybe forgot.. Im also on a very tight fixed income. And you want me to now pay a deposit? for what? service ive had for 50years. I cannot afford this. And I refuse... I have never stiffed your co for anything. Youve made big money on me thruout the yrs. Im sure. This should be illegal because it is harrasement of the old people. You should be ashamed
