I booked a tour organised by Thermal Land Shutel for the 5th of December.

I've been charged on the 3rd of December by AMEX payment € 180,18.

The tour operator gave up its activities many months ago. I did not receive any information about that...

The 4th I sent a message by the application, The 5th, I tried many times to contact the tour operator (+[protected]) in order to confirm the tour. I sent a SMS, ... I did not have any reply

Actually, going at the address, I learnt that this company gave up its actrivity several months ago due to COVID...
