No Heat, Washing Machine Not Working Upon Moving into and Renting Property Owner Mr. Walter Lippmann's Condominium in Madison Connecticut.
Reported Bee Infestation - Never Treated
Garage Door Broken 3 Times : Mr. Lippmann denies any problem despite video taken of problem.
Mr. Lippmann has no email and refuses to communicate with his tenants by phone nor text.
He has referred all issues to his attorney who upon being called, stated Mr. Lippmann advised her not to communicate with us.
Mr. Lippmann chose to hold our last rent check and claim he never received it and has scheduled us for eviction.
Mr. Lippmann refuses to provide us with basic services.
He tried to coerce me the renter into signing a Propane Gas Legal Agreement which would have made me the renter responsible for the installation and maintenance of the propane tanks on his property, plus inspections of tanks and any damage caused by tanks to his property.
