Furla Online review: No return policy

My wife had purchased two purses on their website for their Black Friday sales. After receiving the purses she did not like the style. She contacted their customer service to try to start a return and refund. She was told that there were no returns for their Black Friday Exclusive items. We went back to the website to look for that in print. It is not stated on the items that were listed as Black Friday Exclusive but instead listed under their return/refund policy.

This company is very dishonest and is not fully transparent with their customers.

We were basically scammed out of 350 dollars on their Black Friday Exclusive. First time we have heard of a company that does not provide returns or refunds for their sales. Beware of their sale items. It might not be returnable.
