This service is absolutely terrible, they advertise as "Trade while you sleep" but the reality is the service goes down multiple times per week making this impossible. What's worse is they're now blaming it on API issues when it is really their web platform that is having the issues. I was very misled to believing this was a truly functioning service when I had purchased a whole year or subscription.
