Biolausa review: dsol vision adjustable lens glasses 2

Beware of this company. The glasses I ordered took 1-1/2 months to arrive. I had some emails back and forth from BIOLAUSA that looked like stock emails about slow mail. When they finally arrived, one of the lenses was not protected and had been vacuum sealed in the package with scratches. I contented the BIOLAUSA wanting to return them and they asked me to provide a Jpeg (in spite of my having already provided them with several) and a 60 second video showing the damage. So I made a video that shows the damaged lens. 2 days later I received an email saying they did not see any damage so would not refund the cost. They offered me a 50% coupon on the next order instead. So this company is sketchy at the very least. Very poor customer support and totally unreliable products.

When I click on the "https://dearverde.com/ link that a google search showed was BIOLAUSA, the store is unavailable from any links. I cannot access links from their Facebook page either. I will have to try to get my refund from my Visa card merchant.
