Carlos Centeno review: Investments in housing

Carlos Centeno from Yorba Linda is a thief and has stolen money from hard-working families for years. I don't know how he's still free and not behind bars where he belongs. He needs to be locked up for a very long time.
There are too many good people that trust him, but he will try to take every penny and leave you and your family homeless. I'm not making this up. I can't wait to see him in prison where he needs to rot like the trash he is.
