Chef Ann Burell review: Animal abuse

Why is Chef Burrell still teaching people to plunge live lobsters into boiling water. She's a professional chef and knows very well how to kill them humanely prior to boiling them. This is animal abuse. It gives the impression that lobsters do not feel anything while they are burning to death in boiling water which is not true. This is very upsetting especially to young children who may be watching and should be taught to respect animals which are being killed so we can eat them. Please do something about her teaching this. She knows the right thing to do.
