Paul Cressaty is an absolute con artist and the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with has zero customers service I had a contract for snow removal and when I voiced my complaint about him not providing the service I paid for he "fired me as a client" and refused to refund me he also has a construction company to anyone considering doing with this human save yourself the trouble and your money!
Valois Snow Removal, as described on their website, are not who they say they are. It's a total lie. They are super fast to take your money. After that, not dedicated as they say, they do not guarantee great service, their drivers are not experienced, they're always late, other snow removal companies pass early in the morning before they do, they never clean the driveways properly, they never pick up the phone and very rarely answer any text messages. I believe their drivers need training... and lots of it. I had to contact them 5 times this year because my driveway wasn't properly cleaned. Highly NOT recommended unless you enjoy getting stressed and headaches. I have never been this upset and disappointed. If you don't believe me, take them for one winter and see for yourself. Stay away from VALOIS SNOW REMOVAL !
this company is a scam, they took 249$ from me and didn’t even give me a sign for snow removal. they are not answering my calls or messages. they left me to clean my driveway on my own. if they don’t fix the issue I will get the police and go to the man’s house because this is very unprofessional.

I couldn't reach Paul Cressaty at Valois Snow Removal today to make a complaint as the voicemail box was full. His employee had again throw my neighbor's snow unto my property. The employee rushed off in his snowplow as I hurried outside to film him as this is required by the municipality to make a complaint. The police have no interest in helping women - too much trouble I guess as they are such an easy target for frustrated males like my neighbor. He complains to people that I can't find a husband (what is that to them) but I've yet to see him with a wife or girlfriend or any friend.
