Book titled "Drafting Cayman Island Trusts" Delivered without the CD-Rom.

Email received from Andi D, Customer Advisor on the 17.01.21, in response to original email, was that the book did not come with a CD-Rom.

Advertisement leads the purchaser to believe there is a CD-Rom. All links sent back in response to our query indicate there should have been a CD-Rom, however the person who emailed advised that no CD-Rom comes with the book regardless of the fact that all the adverts stipulate otherwise.

Email sent on 29.01.21 highlighting all areas that state that the book does in fact come with a CD-Rom.

No acknowledgment or email received back as at today's date 03.02.21
