Southern Edison SCE review: Power not working

My power went off this morning because of they are fixing the light pole. 12+ hours later, my power still not come on. All my neighbor's power came back on. When contacted representative, they are sending somebody out to look at it. 1 1/2 hours later, no sign of anybody is coming out. I contact them again, this time they don't know when some body going to come out. They said, we try to come out within 24 hours. Really, you are that busy. I saw more workers standing around than people that work.
