This floor cleaner stopped working on march 2, the motor will not run. Contacted [protected]@vmaitech.com by two phone calls, left message because no one answers the phone. Sent email and have not received a response

I have cleaned every part that I could, the battery is fully charged, filters have been changed. Left overnight on charger. Motor still will not run

I need to use this product once every day
