Blue World Polls review: Unauthorized credit pull from experian

On March 3 Blue World Pools did a hard credit pull without any written or verbal request or approval. When I tried to contact them they refused to talk to me about it and said someone would call me. They never did. This caused a 3 point drop in my credit score. It is illegal to pull someone's credit without their consent. Blue World Pools is to contact all 3 credit score companies and correct this. Or, provide me with a free pool.
