O'Reilly Auto Parts - employee “james” is incompetent, rude and unprofessional!

Brought back a wrong part I purchased. Had my part with me on return. James couldn't tell the the size difference or the shape difference in the parts. James repeatedly ask what the part was and where it went. I gave him all the information I knew each and every all four times He asked. James stated "someone gave you the wrong part". James was the salesperson I delt with when I bought the part, several days prior. I told James he gave the wrong part, meaning he was the one that helped me. James' response was, "you told me what part, so I didn't do anything wrong."
Told James I didn't want him to help me any further and reached for my purchased and returned part that was on the counter, James in a fast hard motion snatched the part away just as my hand made contact with the part. He snatched it with such force that his hand went above his head. Told James to give me the part because I had purchased it, and it had it been returned to the store therefore it was still mine. James said "I'm going to put it back here."
He placed on another counter and Walked away.
Another employee (Christopher) stated he was the manager and helped me exchange parts. After the sale was complete, I ask Christopher (the manager) if we could now address the conduct of James in a formal complaint? His response was "it's been handled." Even though Christopher was at the counter and helping other customers, he never ask James about the incident, just stated "it's been handled". I ask for the real store managers name which was given to me. I then left the store.
Upon returning home I contacted the complaint department of Oreily's, and spoke with Stephanie who stated the matter would handed over to the district manager for the Kaufman, Tx. store, a Mr. Ronny Christopher.
I am awaiting his call, to see IF and or HOW this will be handled. I don't know if Oreily's employees have personnel files, if they do this incident of incompetence and rudeness needs to be added to James'.
