O'Reilly Auto Parts review: employee anna

I walked into the store to make a purchase and was standing/waiting to be helped and an employee (shirt said Anna) was sitting at a register doing taxes on her phone and looked at me and continued doing her taxes for a good 10 min until another employee finally came from the back to help me. This all happened on 1/23/20 between 2-3. Judging from other employees talking this person has been a problem at this location.
