they Sold me a computer missing the nut and I brought it back to warranty it out and they sat there accusing me of breaking the nut out and the computer is not broken at all and the way they are designed they have a flat piece on the back so wait would of had to beak the plastic that holds it, never even got it completely on the truck to begin with and they finally said they would warranty it but no more and tried to charge me shipping again when I paid shipping on the first one so finally I just left with a part missing pieces. They were rude about it. Keep in mind the computers have a nut that is flat on the back so would had to break the plastic before coming out like they said happened I'll put a picture so you can see it is not broken...
