Constantly have issues with the service, where channels freeze, then at times I get messages that this channel is not available to reboot my TV. My internet slows down.
The customer service is horrible. When you call, attempting to speak with someone, you have to jump through hoops with the automated system that only understands making a payment. When you finally can speak with someone and request to be transferred to the retention department, they refuse to transfer you and try to bully you that your account is in collections.
Desired outcome: That the customer service staff receive ongoing training, so that optimum properly address these longstanding complaints and show some loyality to its customers.
