I never received equipment nor activated my cell phone. They did send sim card thru ups and I returned it. Called them numerous times and over the phone they say account cancelled, but would not provide written confirmation. They continue to harass me, by email, phone calls saying I owe charges. Liars and thieves. Have reported them to the ftc~ this has to stop!
