Opodo review: Refund status

I made a return booking from London Gatwick to Vancouver (Flight references VS 8002 and VS8003) on 28th November 2019 for 4 people though Opodo. The booking reference is 4843907470 with a departure date of 11th June 2020 returning 29th June 2020.
Because of Covid 19 the flights were cancelled. These were virgin Atlantic flights and following correspondence it transpired that the refund I wanted would be paid out by Opodo rather than Virgin Atlantic
The refund request has been acknowledged on 6th July - Ref number 3194498. Iam expecting back a refund of £2470.25
Communication with Opodo is not great the 0800 number supplied does not work. Another number of 02076602215 now just directs you to a website. Where are the humans who should be able to help? They dont reply to emails
All I want to know 4 months down the line is when am I getting my refund and is it going to be £2470.25 particularly as I have heard that Virgin Atlantic have sorted out refunds to flight cancellations made to the end of September
