I bought the service looking forward to a great communication system and a profesional and competent customer service team. Unfortunately, that is not the case. 3 hours with 5 different agents (seems to be Philippine agents, because their English is more than limited, and maybe that is why everything goes wrong to level of frustration). The phrase: Why do anything easy if difficult is better and complicated more than better? They apply 100% to this.
They state "Crystal Clear voice", not even close. Expect an echo of your own voice, buzzing sound every word you speak. Cheap and low-quality devices can be expected to be changed because they do not check them before they are delivered, generating a complete line of complaints about this specific issue. Instead of resolving it, they had letting it grow, because there is no legitimate intention to change it. Customer Service is not 24/7. They work from 8 am to 5 pm not Eastern Time. They do not work either on weekends, so expect to be unattended during all this time. Finally when you can reacjh them, things can and will always be easly escalated because of the very poor and lowest level of eanglish speaker Customer Service who will not understand what you need, passing you from one agent to another. Asking for a Supervisor is like they put you through another conventional agent with no resolution mentality. I didn´t have the phones even for a month, but they still will charge you that month. They also disconected the service, stating that the CC was declined, when even a month was passed, so there was nothing to be still charged, and there was no CC to becharged to because there was never a credit card number introduced to their system. Returning everything you got from them is a Complete Quest. They will take 24 hrs to come back with an e-mail containing a Returning label. The Supervisor, Teresa who promised that to happen never sent it. Refund of everything you got is also an almost lost situation. Still waiting for the returning label to send everything back and forget this frustrating almost subreal situation.
