Ooma review: Ooma office sms cancelled by company more than 3 times

I have been using Ooma Office for many years and I have been as patient as I can. If you need an office phone system that provides consistent SMS texting, do NOT use this unless you are using social media to represent your company. Ooma has unilaterally decided to make our businesses use of the SMS feature completely contingent on our business having a social media presence that is 100% subject to Ooma's approval - more than 3 times they have cancelled our ability to SMS text based on a social media policy that I cannot find anywhere AND every time I call about it - NO ONE can clearly explain to me these conditional requirements. They always refer to discuss it by email, they cannot do anything by phone and each email I send gets a response that they will get back to me in 24 hours - with a policy of getting back to me within 24 hours, nothing gets resolved in a timely manner and even if it does, then they just cancel it again some weeks later. If you are looking for a package with consistent SMS that is not dependent on a subjective social media presence policy that is not outlined for the customer - do not use Ooma Office.
