I placed 3 orders...1 order was processed delivered and as specified on-time. a 2nd order was delivered to the wrong address resulting in a delay of a month. A 3rd order was delayed multiple times and instead of being delivered on 12/17/25, It was delivered 2 weeks later on 1/2/26. After multiple calls (2-3 hour wait times) and multiple e-mails to customer service...They offered me a $25 gift card. EPIC FAIL on all fronts: Website, Delivery, Delivery Tracking, Timely Delivery and ultimately INAPPROPRIATE SERVICE recovery. RUN! RUN! RUN from this purveyor. HORRIBLE Experience and they did nothing significant to maintain my years of loyalty.
